Any specific workout for cutting

Do any of you change your workout routine for losing weight? Do you have to? Does it really matter?
 
For cutting specifically? Not really. I just change my diet. I change routines when the old one gets stagnant (8 - 12 weeks). I know I should change it more often, but I just can't be bothered.

Yep, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
