I can speak from personal experience & say occasional heartburn. Other than that, nothing. The stuff makes you hard as a rock...

2 pills, yikes! After I had a headache and kind of a foggy feeling the next morning on 1 tab I took 1/2 tab the next time and had much less of headache the next day but the same rock erection. I'll be going with 1/2 tab from now on.

I've never had any sides with Cialis and I've taken as many as three at a time a few occasions (I like to please). I will tell my experience of test and cilais, though - as I think it's important. When I was on a test/fina cycle and test hitting hard (wanting sex 3x per day) I took some cialis anyway. I performed like a thoroughbred that night, but the next day I was at work and all I could think about was, "Don't get a hard-on, don't get a hard-on, don't get... etc..). I was a real battle that lasted 24 hours. The test makes me constantly think about sex, and the cialis stimulated erections from those thoughts. It was a bitch - I'll only take it on test when I have the next day off.
