Any real doctors out there that can answer this?

I'm not a doctor just a first year med student. I would recommend you be perfectly frank with your doctor about what you are going to do. No one can give you accurate advice without knowing your case history and examining your current condition. The only one who could really give you an accurate idea of what will happen is him. If your worried about telling him just inform him you want it confidential. Doctors take their patients privacy very seriously. (police can't even force them to talk) Just don't fuck around with your health man.

I agree 100%. Funny how I got attacked by Fonz when I said this very same thing in the HighIntensity cancer thread (cancer fighting supplements or something).

They didn't do a "patch". The hole was small enough that they could just sew it shut on it's own. So theoretically I am 100% natural. Don't really know, gonna talk to my doc about it it all.

Thanks for the feedback all !!!

I´m sure you know that NO advice from a web board can be better than proper medical care, so of course the better thing to do is discuss with your M.D.
I think that even if the ASD was sew there is still a scar in the septum, and that would increase risk of endocarditis anyway.

i understand the situation you are in and there is nothing wrong with asking questions. its always better to ask first and act later. what you have to realize is that it is extremely dangerous let alone unprofessional to give medical advice across the net to someone you have never met. for a doctor to properly evaluate a patient and their condition it is necessary to understand their complete medical history. without this both could be in serious trouble.
yes it is true, anyone could read about your condition on the web and pass off information to you you which could lead to serious complications for yourself.
the best thing to do is be frank with your doctor. they are there to help
good luck

your blood pressure looks good, make sure you keep the diastolic(second number) under control, that is what you should worry about the most.

good luck with your cycle.
