I'm not your typical candy kid but I try to hit up every rave that pops up in central texas. Just curious as to how many people (if any) are seriously into it. house/drum&bass? Any fav. Dj's?

I don't rave as much as I used to.All the drugs have lost thier allure.I don't even do X anymore.I'm caught up in the scene still.I dress in rave clothes,listen to techno,trance house d and b,breakbeat.Breakbeats gotta by my fav cuz music without words gets to me.

theres alot of lack of respect between people who work out and ravers.Mostly by the ravers.Ravers resent the fact that your big strong and healthy and so many of them are all cracked out.I've run into alot of ravers that are only all about drugs.I'm talking more then X here.

Well i'm still sorta in the scene but i just can't roll anymore, i've come too far working out to start losing my health again. I still dress like a raver for REAL raves, but other ravers usually think i'm a fucking cop cause i'm so thick and ripped in my big phat kikwears and adidas with no shirt on! heh heh heh yeaaaaaa...i'm now a freak in the freak world!!!

I try to stay out of the scene, but I go to "parties". mainly because I love dancing, and I can pop and lock. house and jungle strictly. maybe some nu skool breakbeats. from socal here. going to nocturnal because it is on my birthday. see ya there.

hey I'm from Montreal and it's been at leat 10 months that I'v sor of been noticing the rave sceen alot more. But i'm not a raver and never been to a rave , althuogh I have been taking some happy pills. 17 in 8 months

Darren Emerson IS a badass! Saw him at Centro-Fly in NYC a month or so ago. His tech-house style is IT right now. Check out Global Undergrounf 20: Singapor for some quality tech-house.

NEWSFLASH: Raves are DEAD (well here in Toronto anyways). But the music never will.

Everything has moved into clubs. Hype and Skiba were here last night at Turbo. On wed. Shy FX and Skiba were at Systems. etc.

Used to love raves before they got so mainstream. Now mostly into deeper more underground house (deep, tech, progressive, funky...don't care). Got the 1's and 2's hooked up in my living room and always spin when my friends are over. Big fat crates of deep funky west coast house (farina!) all over the house...
