OK, here’s the story. The execs of my company are going down to South Beach for a conference in January. I just managed to convince my CEO that we need to drag everyone’s lazy ass to Gold’s and have them go through an hour of HELL with a drill sergeant. We’re talking 13-15 people who are in their 30ies or 40ies and SERIOUSLY out of shape. If I can just get one or two of ‘em to start thinking about working out that would be really cool. I’m going to hand out guest passes to Gold’s afterwards so they have no reason not to go to the gym when they’re back in the city. I’m thinking that some kind of circuit training might do the trick. I could easily be the drill sergeant but knowing them, they’ll just accuse me of not wanting to do what I’m putting them through. So, I’m going to do it with them and thus need a good PT/drill sergeant in SoBe (preferably someone who works at Gold’s).
