run 1.5-2 miles-------------go to the gym after and do
pushups
light stiff deadlifts
incline bech press
cable flys
pulldowns
light barbell rows
day2
run 1.5-2 miles-------------go to the gym after and do
light squats
dbell laterals
db shrugs
tricep press down
db curls
tricep pressdown
db curls
leg lifts for abs
2-3 sets per exercise nothing to complete failure
day 3 OFF!
