Ooh, you look very nice Bellina, and you have a lovely tattoo :) Eat clean, eat a lot, sleep a lot, train hard and heavy, and you will gain just fine.

JJ - I completely agree. It's amazing how the cleaner one eats, the more crap food/alcohol etc seems to affect you badly - or, well, should I say, noticeably. I simply don't drink at all any more, - I feel it clearly in my lifts the next day. Funny, from someone who used to down a couple of litres of beer a night!

Chocolate - well, one now and then is OK .... :)
 
That is so true Steel. I haven't had a drink in 6 years. I eat clean all year round just because my body won't let me eat any other way. I've had a lot of health problems and have learned the best way for me is organic. I cut dairy out for about 6 months to come back to find out I'm now completely lactose intolerant. After spending last night throwing up violently after eating ice cream, and again 4 days prior after drinking milk I was quite sure that's the case. I also have insulin regulation problems so no carbo loading for me. Year round it's lean meats, fish, leafy greens, occasional fruit, soy products, and a little bit of compex carbs. So the saying goes you can't have your cake and eat it too!
 
I'm natty unless you count the unfair anabolic advantage I get from my Joe Weider weight gainer and Tiger's Milk bars. :D

(I also use the patented "DYNAMIC TENSION!" device I bought from one of my stepdad's old comic books. Results in just 7 days)
