This will be my first cycle, just looking for some advice on what i should or should not be doing. I am 28, 5'11" and 190 lbs. I work out 4 days a week, eat relatively healthy. Currently I am taking 5 grams of glutamine and creatine daily and 22 grams of protein daily. This week I will be starting a cycle pretty close to this...
Week 1-5: 600mg deca, 300 enth, 350 mg of winny
Week 6-10: 600mg deca, 350mg winny
Week 11-12: 500 to 700mg of winny
I would love some input on this whether good or bad. Hope Im not too far off with the information I have gathered so far!
