Any ideas how to make your body use oxygen more effeciently?

I know cardio will, but what are some of the best cardio exercises that promote oxygenization.

- bear crawls
- burpees
- stairs
- pushing a large tire up a hill
- long distance biking
- swimming
- jump rope
- wrestling a 9-minute match
 
the 15-12-9 clean and jerk workout. start off with 95lb. your first time.

db swings for high reps

what louden said, plus any other strongman type exercises (perhaps for more distance, though).
