Hey guys,
I'm a long time EE member. Hit it hard in college. I'm 33 years old and have borderline high BP. I've done 3 big cycles back in college and was able to keep my BP somewhat under control.
I was born with a heart murmur. I'm a pilot so I have to have it checked out pretty regularly. I have Aortic Regurgitation and mild pulmonic valve leak. I talk to my heart doc about it and told him I wanted to run a 'mild' cycle and he said absolutely not with your heard condition. It will kill you. If any docs need the valve gradient I can look it up. Mine is well within FAA standards as I'm still flying.
I told him I've already run 3 heavy cycles in college and he said I was just lucky.
Do AAS really mess with the heart that much? If I can keep my BP under control do you think it would be that bad to do a 10 week 500mg Sus cycle?
I'm in good shape and at that point where I'm stuck and need some help to get over the hump. My diet is good and my BF is low, for my anyway.
Aslo what are some good supplements for the heart and BP? I just ordered some N2Guard which seems like it might help with my high BP.
Anyway it's good to be back even though I don't recognize many of you guys anymore.
