Any good ideas on fat burn supp?

^LOL good question. Someone sure blew you into serious reddage.

I like Lipoflame. Every now and then I alternate with the old fashioned ECA stack. But neither of those will do you much good without good diet & cardio.
 
I prefer the venom because it has awesome appetite suppression and it is very thermogenic.

Venom is a bit too much for women,unless she is a stimulant junkie already.The infinite Labs Phenylcore is awesome for both men and women.

the only OTC (in some areas anyway) is ECA.
THE best fat burner that works for me is CLENBUTEROL and of course HGH.

The results are slower but more permanent than with stims.

Lipoflame is an excellent pre workout supp. That and ZIP together have gotten outstanding reviews. They each work in a different way.

You can use an appitite supressant but I think they're bullshit for the most part. Develop some willpower. Eat less and move more

lol Yeah, when she's eating, stare at her and make little comments like "do you really think you need that extra piece of lettuce??"
 
Ok guy..the question had supp. in it for supplements. Therefore diet and exercise is not a supp. It is food and exercise..whatever happened to brains and braun??/
 
I like lipo because it doesn't give me the shakes / jitters at all. And no bad crash. I can knock out cardio like it's my job after a bit o Lipo.

Lipo 6x is pretty good.
