Do we have any fitness models here? Those guys are not only HUGE but cut as can be. That is the body type that I definately want to have, Not look like the pros are today. (accept arnolds look) Well anyways all of the fitness models have a 3 dominating body parts chest biceps and abs for sure. Thats not to say most everything else is on par but those 3 are a little bigger then the rest for sure. My question is for any of you fitness models, do you workout accordingly? Like workout chest and biceps more often, and maybe even give abs a day all to themselves? I am far from being close to there psyiques so I am wandering if I should start now? Or just do a regular bodybuilding routine, unfortunately for me though that means haveing big tris and a big back. (not big chest and bi's) Should I put on a great deal of size first, and then worry about stuff like that or should I start right now?
