any ENDOMORPHS'S get to 9% or lower?

just curoius. i heard for endomorph's HGH is the key to getting single digit bodyfat levels w/out feeling weak and withered from extreme dieting
 
bodybyfinaplix has. I think robertjan was an ectomorph and is now thin. Same with the shadow. Tons of guys here used to be >30% and hover at about 6-8% now.
 
anyone can get below 9 % .

Diet and drugs , this combo if manipulated correctly can put anyone with 3 % bf .

btw- I am an endo , I belive that a small part of me is a meso also , It is HARD for me to get below 15 % without drugs and a severe diet .

In december 2001 when I used HGH , eq and winny and a severe diet I got to 8 % bf .

HGH is really da bomb :p

HGH is very good , but you can certanly achieve it with other drugs .

which ones did you use bro ?

Same here, I have gotten under 5% for a contest but was 35% when I started training. The key for an endo is eating very clean year round, even when bulking.

Thanks bro, I appreciate it. An endomorph can get in the single digits with strict diet, proper diet and ECA alone, Ive done it, I usually save other supps til I get to that point, it gets harder the lower in bodyfat you get.

perhaps I gotta increase the dosage

I used ECA for a steady year, I thought the same shit about upping the dose but then realized that wasnt the best and healthiest idea. I took 3 months off from using, the first week was tough to get through, but I knew a few months off would make a big difference. I started using it again 3 months ago when I began cutting up and it worked awesome again.

Take some time off bro, its your best bet.

Your gonna have to tough it out bro, I know you dont want to hear that but if you want the shit to start working again the way it should than this is your only option. I drank a large coffee before my workouts while I was off, it helped.

To be completely honest with you, I only do light cycles anymore and I still get great results. I like to use test, fina, and winny in my cutting cycles, its they are cheap choices and I react really well to them. Ive tried EQ a few times and never really seen any benefits from it, so I stick to those 3 now. The test I like to use the most is enanthate and sus, but like I said, everything is run at low amounts, usually wont go above 3 sus per week, or if using enanthate I'll only use 500 while cutting, it does the job. When cutting and prepping for a photoshoot or something, I rely mainly on my diet to get me where I need to be. I like I posted above, Im definately an endomorph so I start at a good 14-15% BF, every year.

There are definately different levels of being an endomorph, but there is a big difference between an endo and a meso. Ive been close to 20%BF in the past and thats while not eating all that terrible.

LOL , just like me ....we are probably a bunch of endo-mesomorphs . It is a combination of both

With a decent diet, not being very strict, my body seems to be the most comfortable at about 12-13%, I can hold steady at that now in the offseason. It is tough for me to stay under 10% without a strict diet.

lol , so true . Sucks being an endo :(

themachine is even better than me , without a strict diet my body keeps comfortable at 15-16 % .

That is where I am now , 222 lbs and 15-16 % . I am far away from my goal which is 220 lbs and 5 % . :(

LOL , yep I know , Using my brilliant mind :rolleyes: , I did the math and I gotta GAIN 15 lbs of pure muscle hypertrophy and lose 24 lbs of fat . It won't be easy .

But I am 3 years without using juice ( last cycle was 2001 ) , and I will be starting a monster one very soon . Probably 12-16 weeks of 1.5 - 2 g of gear a week and of course HGH - 4 iu ED .

Damn , I can't wait it . :p

i thought endos were comfortable around 25-50% bf. my set point is around 29% bf. 15-20% and a muscular frame, which many of us have, sounds more like a mesomorph.
