Sure! The one that doesn work, or something that's not creatine. Anyways, although I never researched creatine, I think it's its supposed action to replete and even expand cells by forcing liquid into them.
As for me i'd much rather be using glycerol...great for recovery and endurance and accumulates fluids in cells for short periods of time, so you're not bloated 24/7 (hence excellent for recovery). Glycerol is magic!
