my brother has some denkall EQ which will expire in augus of this year. he is planning on using it on november- will it still be at its same potency?

It should be fine. I read a few studies showing that expired gear that was two years old had only reduced in potency down to 90% of its original strength. Expiration dates are usually on the conservative side anyway so a couple of months shouldn't matter.
