Any chemical needs reps here???

I ordered liquid dex a few weeks ago and it said I was delivered and it never was. I called the post office and they said they would look into it so I called them again this morning and the post master said that the lady who delivered to my neighborhood was fired for delivering packages to the wrong address all the time and he wrote me a letter stating that the site says delivered but it wasn't and that it was prob mis delivered.

My question: is his letter enough to get it reshipped or am I gonna have to buy this shit again? I emailed Chem needs on their site and didn't get shit back so I'm posting here.

if the lady at the post office delivered it to the wrong address then a few things could happen... 1. the people that she took it to kept it... 2. the people returned it to the post office and the post office returned it to the sender.. 3. the people returned it and the post office will resend it to you...

i can't really say which will happen but one of those three is what is going on... you should still track it to see if it was returned...

All the tracking says is that it was delivered to my address on June 18. They said it wasn't at the post office either. I've been looking for it since the 18th.

at this point i think its safe to assume that postal carrier who was making all the errors, definitely fucked up and whoever she delivered it to must have kept it... there's really not much you can do about that bro... you need to take that up with the post office... im not sure if their was package insurance on it or not... maybe they will be able to tell you that...
 
i've had this happen before with pet products. a week later a box ended up at my doorstep with the package all fucked up looking. it must have gotten delivered tto the wrong place then that person brung it to my house after storing it, or it must have been returned to the post office and then reshipped to me who knows.
 
UPS once accidentally delivered a 3500 dollar camera to my house..it took my three weeks to get it to the correct person

thats UPS not usps...I have zero faith you'll ever see it again give n it was usps unless a neighbor gives it to you themselves
 
That's what I'm thinking shirl. It just really eats at me cause I bet whoever has it doesn't even know what the hell it is or what it's for, they just kept it and googles it or something.

Any chance of me sending the letter to chemneed and getting my dex reshipped?

Ok bro....I have spoke with Chemical Need, and there shouldn't be a problem with a reship. I just need you to PM me your order number, the name with the order, and a copy of the letter sent to you.

I will forward that info to Chemical Need and they will reship :)

I agree completely! Only thing that sucks is I missed the huge chemneed sale.. Gotta pay full pop for the Clomid for my rat! Haha
 
Got my replacement bottle the other day! Was a little worried about the same thing happening but thankfully it was there when I got home from work.
