Big E 75 said:Thanks for the info. For the record, there are sometimes places that do not respond well to all the cardio in the world. I have a spot on my lower back and under my chin that will not seem to let up at all. I am actually very intense and strict on my diet and cardio routines. I have been as low as 7% and still seen little difference in my rough spots. Money is not an issue and I believe that juicing is exactly the same as lipo or other forms of plastics in that it will allow us to attain goals that otherwise would be out of reach. I see nothing more wrong with lipo as I do with using AS. It would be the same if I called everyone on this board lazy because they take AS...I mean why not just go natural? I think you get my point. Thanks.
Mischief said:You're terribly mistaken, there are NO places that diet / cardio won't fix, on anyone. Just laziness. Trust me, you'll be much happier with yourself if you "exercise" some discipline and diet fat away like any man would. Lipo is for the lazy. Why not spend a few grand on something else?

I feel really good about myself and have gotten a lot of complements. I am told by my surgeon that we are born with all the fat cells we will ever have (just like muscle cell which we can't increase in number only size). Why people look "fat" is because those fat cells increase in size as they store fat. Some people simply have areas of their bodies where fat cells are concentrated, it's the way they're built. We all need to carry around some fat. If your body has areas where fat cells are unusually concentrated you are going to look fat even if your body fat is very low. As far as the safety of the operation, I considered it very safe. Taking AAS is a compromise you make with your long term health. If you make a mistake you can live with problems the rest of you life. From the articles in the newspapers many of the diet drugs being sold may be just as dangerous. I don't think liposuction has nearly as many risks. I had my procedure done by a very respected surgeon. Between his fee, the hospital and the anesthesiologist the bill was about $7000. The best part of it is those fat cells I had removed are gone... they're never coming back. If I put on a little weight as I get older it's going to be somewhere else, not in my belly and love handles and I don't have to take endless diet drugs and spend hours per week on tredmills. I can concentrate on lifting![]()

You may only need a local for obliques. Getting it on the rectus abs is a different story. It often comes out lumpy, hurts like hell and takes months to heal.

there is truth to this however there is also truth to the fact that the long you have had a fatty area; the harder it is to get rid of. I have fat around my lovehandles and back that I can get down to acceptable looking but its been there so long that I have tried diet, cardio, clen and T3,yohimburn.....although all these work there is a certain amount that WILL NOT go away. In these cases lypo is one of the few options. That way the old fat is gone and any new fat can easily be lost because it hasn't been there for years.
