Some basic facts about hair replacement.
Transplants aren't replacement, they're surgery.
They hurt.
They're expensive.
They take a year to grow in .
They can't possibe provide a full head of hair.
It's a temporary solution to a permanant problem.
Hair replacement is a hair piece -- regardless of what the marketers call it. If you want a hair piece that doesnt look like a muskrat sitting on your head, you need to do this:
Get the thinnest density possible. It won't last long but it'l look more natural.
Make sure the hair is of the same origin as your ethnic background. A lot of places use Asian or Indian hair (it's cheap and strong) Then they curl and color it to match your own. It never looks good.
Expect to pay at least a grand. (more likely 2 grand)
Expect to replace it at least every 6 months.
Or shave your head.
