I was doing back today, and as i thought about it i realized i didnt know much about what i was doing. I know pulldowns work for your lat spread. Im not too sure what rows do, but i did them anyway. I did closegrip pulldowns figuring they work my lower lat spread. Anyway, would someone like to go throught the anatomy of the back real quick for me, and what exercises hit what. Id like to know what im doing. I have a pretty good back, but i think that can be attributed to my job.
