Any advice on building a less defined pec

I looked on the board and couldn't find anything on building a less defined or off arm body part.

For example, I am left handed and my upper left pec. is considerably more defined than my right pec. I am currently using dumbbells on all of my chest exercises and they both seem about equal. So, my question. Does any one have any advice on how to build up the less defined pec? any exercises, etc.?

Thanks in advance for your help or suggestions.
 
I have a similar problem - my right pec is noticably larger than my left.

Someone on this board reccomended trying dumbbell bench presses in addition to the barbell, which I'm doing currently. It seems to be working, and I've made sure to match my right side to my left, not doing more reps or anything.

You might try incline dumbell bench presses (to build the upper pec) or you could do an extra set (or put on extra weight) with the right arm and see if that works.

You're rferring to an imbalance in definition, not size. I have the same problem. My left side is more defined than my right and is particularly noticeable in my quads. I don't think there is really anything you can do.

Concentrating on dumbells may even up size discrepancy after a while, but i don't think it will even up the difference in definition.
