Any AAS that improves Cardio

flyingjer

New member
Is there any AAS that actually improves your ability to do cardio?

Not talking about ones that are not as bad becasue they don't have you retain water so much, but ones that actually improve it.

Am i right, i think Tren actually hinders your cardio performance?

Noticeable difference with Eq and winny. I run sprints as a regular staple of my work outs.
Increased my 4.4's to 10 in a row, fell to 4.5 for about 5 more afterwards.
Pre- (and I ran both eq and winny in separate cycles to find out) meaning without either, I ran about 5 4.4.'s and was lucky to get another 3 out at 4.5.
Dropping dead at 10-12 40's. Post I can run 10 40's no prob. 12-15 before I rest.

EQ might. But I'd stick to Cardio Breeze.

actually thats correct

Supps such as Cardio Breeze, Acetyl Tyrosine/Acetyl Carnitine tend to help with Aerobic endurance

as far as Anaerobic Citrulline Malate and Cee help

still i know rugby players that take eq religiously during season because they can run the whole game and not get winded.

okay here is my proposed cycle, i have everything at this point.
i am going to be lean bulking the first 10 weeks and cutting thereafter.

jumpstarting with test prop and tren acetate then...

750mg test e wk 1-18
500mg tren e wk 1-18
tbol 50mg ed 1-4
anavar 75mg ed 8-18

Could i incorporate EQ towards the end of this cycle, starting perhaps the 8th week withe the var, would that be too much, could i lower the dose of theh tren or test and add EQ if so how much

omega, CEE is that creatine?

Creatine Ethyl Ester

also aside from Citrulline Malate

Arginine Malate tends to help with endurance and pump

an Up and coming product from Genetec will be coming soon to AFstore that cover these elements

so the creatine and citrulline malate would help with lets say, basketball, HIIT that type of exercise, while the cardio breeze and AlCar good for running, eliptical, swimming?

also how much CEE and Alcar would i take a day to reap these benefits, CEE good to take on cycle?

Alcar and Citrulline Malate as well as Arginine Malate

increase blood flow to working muscles, and CLEAR LACTIC ACID, and help recycle endogenous production of ATP ( creatine)

the Cardio Breeze an other products such as the Thermorexin help with the mental aspect and stimulant pathways to a larger degree

all suitable for max effort

what is the difference between citrulline and arganine mallate, i am reading on citrulline right now

one is Citrulline based one is Arginine based :)

Arginine Malate "signals" cells to work , promotes nitric oxide pump, nutritiant partitioning and endurance

Citrulline specifically reduces lactic acid, and recycles ATP

where can i get the arginine mallate, i am sure this is a legal supplement so i am not breaking the rules, as i have seen done quite a bit lately

its coming to AFstore in about 4 weeks maybe 3

it will be a proper Product with alot of other co-factors in it

wait if you can ;)

it will be worth it

the 2:1 ratio for what, the place i seen the darginine mallate says it stacks well with citrulline mallate and CEE, so i am guessing that is what i want, what are you talking about 2:1 ratio?

flyingjer-Thanks for the response. Yup, running 40's. I ski as well and if it weren't for lift lines, I wouldn't stop all day.

EQ makes me noticeably short of breath after 8-12 weeks.

yeah i think i am just going to the the extra supps route as opposed to adding more AAS, maybe next cycle i will give EQ a try

Againi Omega what are you talking about 2:1 ratio
