I am fairly informed with aas. I was wandering if something like deca would help with my shoulder. I have rehabed it and still have some pain and a shit load of weakness. Being doing alot of lower body and my chest shoulders and arms are lacking. Went from a natural 315 for 6 bench to 275 for 3. I feel pathetic. Ive been lifting light but am still fading. Deads and squat good though.. btw 5 10 about 220 lost about 20lbs latley because lack of upper body lifts.

Sucks, I got rotatorcuff tendonitis last summer. Took me out of gym for a couple of months and needed to rehab.

I tried lifting around it but it was pointless.

Doesnt EQ do the same without shutting you down?

Eq will suppress you but not as bad as deca, I think eq is great for joints / endurance some people hate it others love it, I love it.

I wouldn't do roids with a hurt shoulder... It'll be a waste of money.. You won't gain anything. I tried deca for my shoulder and it didn't do shit for it... Other than shut me down harrddddd and give me tons of side effects.

Instead of roids try this...

Ostarine @ 25mg per day for 8 weeks.
Forged Joint Repair @ 2-3 caps per day
Krill Oil @ 1000mg+ per day
Fish Oil @ 4000mg+ per day

Combined with rotator cuff exercises every single day preferably with a 5lb weight.

This is the exact cycle I did and my shoulder feels amazing!! I promise you will see a dramatic improvement on your shoulder.

Do this and get that shoulder healed up and then think about juicing after your shoulder is g2g.

^^^ yup and avoid exercises that HURT. if it hurts avoid it. when i push up heavy my right rotator makes a funny noise, so i don't do exercises where i push up heavy.. i can handle light weight just not heavy with militaries.

also stay the hell away from anti-inflammtories, this is probably how lifters damage themselves 99% of the time.

Funny when I first hurt my shoulder they gave a me a cortisone shot... Which didn't help.. Then they prescribed me an anti inflammatory which I took for like a month and stopped after I realized it was doing nothing. This was over a year ago. Haven't taken any anti inflammatories since. Just curious how does it cause lifters to hurt themselves?

^^^ think about it this way...

you are tricking your mind into believing there is no pain. so you will continue to pound away at the injury without even knowing it. pain is the body telling you something is wrong, if you take that away then you won't know there is pain.

inflammation is important as that is the body's defense mechanism to heal itself, if you take that away plus you take away the brain from knowing there is pain its really a bad combo long term. the doc who prescribed you cortico + anti inflammatory should be hung by his nuts, a perfect example of why i avoid western practicioners who rely solely on drugs to coat problems instead of allowing the body to heal itself.

imo no.. they will all make it worse.

get off all drugs, find a real rehab program that will work. fix all the underlying issues and rest the injury during this process.

what may help is cutting out sugar and refined foods, going low carb, going gluten free.. much more so then deca/eq

it sucks trust me i know.. we can swamp injury stories sometime if you want but at a certain point you have to put the heavy weights away and fix what is wrong and then find a way to stay healthy.

^^^ now if you are a million dollar athlete getting paid 100K per game then its understandable to stand in line before the game and take a shot of cortico pain killers. why not cripple yourself if it means your family is taken care of for life.. but for the rest of us listen to your body and if there is pain drop the weight if it hurts.

you don't want to look like king tut at 40 like i see some guys at the gym look like cause they took ibuprofen before their workout when they were in their 30's (i know guys like this)

I can tell you from experience that Ostarine has some very powerful healing properties when dosed around 25mg per day for 6-8 weeks.

I had a very persistent ongoing problem with my shoulder that went away completely in about 6 weeks while on Ostarine. I had always heard about its tissue repairing abilities but was skeptical. I can honestly tell you it does work!
