300grams of protein ed.
3-4 years of training, 4-5 times EW

after the views of the cycle i planned, i changed it and did this 1 below, i am jus checkin with you guys befor i go on it that this is a good cycle for a first time beginner of steroids. Please give me your feedback on this.


weeks 1-12 500mg a week of test c
weeks 1-4 25mgs a day of dbol
weeks 4-12 500iu's a week of HCG
weeks 5-7 1mgs a day of arimidex
weeks 8-12 0.5mgs a day of arimidex
week 13 off
week 14-17 0.25mgs a day of arimidex
week 14-18 50mgs a day of clomid
