anxiety and AAS

I had the same thing start in my 5th week of first Test E cycle,laid awake at night listening for my heart to pound really hard like it would occasionally,would wake me up at night as well,so after a week or so, I went to see my Dr. who is a Cardiologist,Ekg,bloodtests,bloodpressure all normal,he gave me script for a beta blocker,I never took them,but knowing everything was okay with my health,it pretty much went away.At least I stopped thinking about it so much,that helped the most.
 
Oh yeah I also smoke weed daily to calm my nerves. I can't handle xanies. They fuck my shit up. But a couple hits of dodi and I'm all good and ready to eat.

I went to the doc for the same reason, but I front loaded my cycle with a prohormone that should be stacked with test (M1T). Everything was normal on me, so I decided to just stick it out. Knowing it was in my head made it easier. Like solidspine said, test brings my anxiety down anyways, so I'm sure stacking my EQ with cyp will be beneficial for that reason amongst others. I'm going to keep a few meds on hand just in case.

im gonna be giving eq a try this time. test and primo never made me anxious, they actually calmed my anxiety down. if the q does make me nervous ill probably just smoke a little weed to calm me down. the real test then will be when i run the tren in october.
 
Test brought my anxiety up my last cycle. But, I may have had my E too low.
 
if you recognize it as anxiety you can try to control it. i just sit back, breathe deep and tell myself exactly what it is & that it's gonna pass in a few minutes. breathing techniques and yoga are good for this.
