Anxiety + Aas ??

I don't get anxiety attacks but I notice EQ seems to trend my HR upward after 8-10 weeks.

I have good knowledge of this topic having a background in psychology and having experience panic attacks myself.

First off panic attacks are defenitely hereditary. It's likely that AAS use brought on your first panic attack. The problem is once you've had one you're very prone to having more. It's almost like the fear of having one is constantly looming which kind of makes you more vulenerable. Ironically it's the fear of panic attacks which cause future panic attacks. So what's the cure? Unfortunately there isn't one but it's very very treatable. Learn some relaxation techniques (take a meditation class..panic attacks are very physiological..meditation teaches you how to treat these physical symptoms of panic and works alot better then meds to treat panic attacks in my opinion). Also just carrying some xanax/klonopin/valium in your pocket with you. This always seemed to help me (the realization that I had something readily availalbe to treat panic attacks in my pocket..this reduced my fear of having one and pretty much has elimentated my attacks).

Ask your doctor about klonopin wafers. They're very fast acting (within 10 minutes), unlike traditional pills.

Exactly. Dosteov hit the nail right on the head. Panic attacks are definitely hereditary. They run in my family. My first one was triggered by weed, even after I had smoked it for a long time. And just like he said, once you have one, you are more prone to have them happen again because of the fear of having another. I never touched any meds thankfully, but I saw a shrink for 2 years and have been panic free for quite some time.

I learned that panic attacks are all in your head. The key is when one starts to come on, listen to your body, not your mind. Your mind is freaking out, trying to panic, triggering your fight or flight response in error, but don't listen to it. Listen to your body, your breathing, your heart is beating, everything is fine. Let your body be the governor of your mind in the case of panic. That is always what has helped me.

Alot of guys have this problem, but don't want to talk about it because they think it makes them look weak. It can be subdued, but I agree that the memory of the last time it happened is what gets you going in a time of stress. When you add that to additional things being put into your body caution has to be used.

Any specific meditation techniques that you would reccomend?
I'm not a doctor. I only know what my doctor told me. I have been upfront with him. Everybody's situation is different. I can't suggest anything except talk to your Dr about what your using. I had to let him know what I'm starting because current meds.

Well I told him that sustanon caused it...but would he encourage me using steroids by prescribing me medication?
I doubt it. My Dr tried to talk me out of it, but when he knew I had my mind made up he did his job.
