the AAS probably did trigger your first attack. my trigger was marijuana and my first attack happened at 23 while i was high as a kite. i smoked pot and loved it since 14 until then. it was torture having to stop marijuana due to the fear of getting an attack while being high. i never got an attack sober, but this manifested into general daily anxiety and depression for quite some time. i am still depressed mildly(today at 28,never went on meds), but i learned to control the anxious feelings i get here and there. it took me 4 years to have the balls to try AAS again as i thought it might stimulate my cns and trigger attacks. summer of 2003 i tried GH at 3-4 IU daily, deca 300mg a wk, and var 20mg daily for 10 weeks total. no anxiety whatsoever. summer 2004 i kicked it up a notch and tried sust 250mg a wk, winny 25mg daily, and gh again for 12 weeks. the sust made mee feel great. very relaxed and happy all the time along with awesome sleep. no probs again whatsoever. then i even added t3 from 25-50mcg with clen along with my entire PCT for 6 weeks. this combo did make me a little more anxious than usual, especially the first 5 days or so but then the clen "tiredness" kicked in and i was cool. my advice would be to ease back in with a modest test dose like i did along with a mild anabolic like var, primo, or winny and 3 IU of gh daily. youll most likely feel better and youll leave alot of your anxiety in the gym ;-) your medication will prob keep you straight. having been through what you have, i can only wish you the best of luck and assure you that it really does get alot better with time. hope this helped you out.
