2 cups protien powder (any brand will do)
1 cup No-Explode
1 10ml Deca
1 10 ml Cyp
25 caps ProV
and 1 10 ml EQ

mix throughly, heat in pan uncovered till bubbly,
at the end pour in 1 10ml Tren Ace to taste, there you have it!
the C&C protien cycle, serves 1 for 8 weeks....
