I think that's a Bristol Labs product out of Mexico or South America. The American version is Ampicillin or Ampicillin Sulbactam....can't remember which. Have you been diagnosed with strept throat? This is on of the main purposes of this medication. If you have strept...the hell with the gear....take the anti-b's....if they are prescribed. Looks like the Doc was erroring on the side of caution because this med can also be used for bacilli and cocci (lung/cough) related infections as well. Yes you will be impacted....but considering your condition....you could be worse off if you don't take the meds (wish I had a time referrence to when you started taking the pills, stopped, and then recognized the onset of the symptoms again....why?.....it's feasible that perhaps your Doc missed the diagnosis or the real problem).JovanLS400 said:Thanks for the info...I was prescribed the anti-Bs for my cough...However it didnt totally go away, and I've still got some medicine left over... Can u give me any advice on the toxicity of Pentrexyl? thanks in advance
Let me guess.....you didn't tell your Doc about the gear did you?
PS: When a Doc writes a prescription for antibiotics.....take each and every pill until the bottle is empty. This will prevent future such problems. Then instead of being sick, you can be injecting and getting layed like the rest of us!
