Anti-Estrogen question

im looking at doing a cycle that consits of:
wks. 1-10 500mg sust./wk
wks. 1-12 75mg fina eod
wks. 1-10 400mg eq/wk

my question is would proviron be a sufficient anit-e throughout this cycle and if so what would be an adequate dosage? thanks

Yeah- 50mg does a pretty good job at controlling estrogen for me. Considering how much it costs compared to arimidex or femara though i don't really see why you wouldnt just go with one of those- assuming you can find them for cheap, which may be a big assumption.

If you are very prone to gyno proviron will not be enough and you will need to run nolva throughout or get a better anti-e.

Nolva will work great. Unless you are very prone to gyno don't take 10mg/day. My first cycle I ran about 450mg/week of enanth and I gained my share of water weight. This time around I am running 850+mg/week of enanth along with other things and I take a 10mg nolva m-w-f. It is more than enough. I have put on great gains and I am shredded like I have not been in at least 15 years.

I would think if you are in the normal range you can probably take 10mg every third day or move to eod if necessary. It is great.
