This cycle includes 500mg/sust per week. I'm taking .5mg liquidex ED, which seems to be keeping off the water bloat well, but I think I may be feeling a touch of gyno coming on (although I've never gotten it before, so I'm not sure). My left nipple feels a little itchy. So I'm adding in 10mg LiquiNol per day. Is that enough? thanks guys!

I think you could probably do without the a-dex, but it doesnt hurt...bump the nolva to 20mgs and you will be good to go..are you bulking?

you know ive never had gyno either and i wad really questioning whether i was getting it or not...they just didnt feel normal...they were REALLY REALLY soft and semi hard...i have no answer to your question sorry...id like to know as well

yes, i am bulking, but trying to ward off the water while i'm at it. i'm going to throw in some t-bol (tomorrow or wed, or as soon as it arrives), then some var towards the end.

Gottcha...so what does your complete cycle look like?? Keep the A-dex if your throwing in the TBOL...i have never used that so it would be interesting to hear at the end of your cycle how you like it....if you have never had gyno and you feel itchy nipps...then your probably getting gyno..i still wouldnt risk it and bump the nolva to 20mgs

cycle is:

weeks 1-10 500mg sust
weeks 3-6 50mg tbol ED (didn't start it til now because I'm getting it late)
weeks 7-10 50mg var ED

HCG, nolva pct according to jenetic's pct sticky

do you think I should hold off on the tbol and go a longer run with the var? I have plenty to do that.

how long should I run the nolva to combat the gyno symptoms?

I would run the nolva aweek or two after the symtoms go away. I don't like to take any chances. Keep the adex.
