How can you give legitimate advice and information to others without actual experience? I don't give a fuck how much you theorize.

true to an extent

there are guys who design jet engines without actually seeing or flying a plane equipped with one

who would you rather write a book on jet engines

the tech who installs them

or the engineer who designs them

all you have to do is interview steroid users, do homework, and poof, you have info

Does primo hurt as much as test prop? since you are an abuser of primobolan I assume you would know. Unless maybe you have not tried test prop before?

schering primo hurts like a bitch!! IP primo is smooth even for 3 cc's at a clip

all test prop cripples me, ive tried it from TOP labs and they all hurt me. even 50mg/ml!!!

ive tried about 7-8 different labs for test P, i never used farmak tho

word. some of the best coaches were never great athletes. look at how Gretsky is doing behind the bench. and Magic when he coached. usually it's some 5 ft. tall white guy that played sparingly that makes a great coach/teacher/mentor. like KB.

I don't follow bodybuilding, don't find it interesting, and don't personally do it.

I train with weights (for a sport) and use anabolics. Bodybuilding just doesn't interest me. Thank god I write about steroids and not about bodybuilding. If you want bodybuilding advice, I suppose you should go to a bodybuilder.

Just like my bio says, I began researching AAS and other PEDs for performance enhancement...not for bodybuilding. Most of the time, when I write, I even differentiate between bodybuilders and athletes.

(also...the editing was done because I didn't want people to think I had something against DP...I have nothing against him, but honestly, I can't bring myself to give a flying fuck about bodybuilding in the slightest...sorry...AAS and PEDs are my area, not BB'ing)

Frankly, not being a bodybuilding fan shouldn't surprise people....most (99.99999%) people simply aren't fans of bodybuilding (I just happen to fall into that category)...there's a reason that the Mr.O is only shown at 4am on ESPN 8, you know....

Do you enjoy bodybuilding? Great for you. Nothing's wrong with that...it's just not for me. But once again, don't confuse what I write about...I write about steroids and PEDs, not bodybuilding.

btw you likin your 1g of cyp or what?

from what i gathered there isn't a huge difference between cyp and enan

so, you know about bodybuilding, then?

can you help me with my posing routine? also, which colour speedos look best in winter?

Thanks. I almost trashed some prop for the same reason but the chemist told me to mix it with a 1/2 cc of crisco vegetable oil and it seems to be working. Although I wonder what it is going to do to my cholesterol level! lol

That's not to say that I don't know any bodybuilders or haven't trained people for contests or whatever...it's just not what I prefer to do with my time.

I tend to get along better with powerlifters over bodybuilders, and athletes over powerlifters...but hell, if someone trains and uses anabolics, I'd probably get on with them fine no matter what they train or use gear for.

But while I'd jump at the chance to go to an MMA match one of my clients was in, there's almost no way I'd want to be in the crowd for another 9 hour bodybuilding contest which starts 3 hours late, etc, etc, etc...

That just takes another kind of person which I'm not.

i do homebrewing, so it can be jekyll/hyde type shit. sometimes it can be wicked overdosed. it's mild enough to not get tons of sides, since it's a single compound. i think there is no difference, but some will disagree. i believe it's a personal tolerance thing.

i think enan is slightly more potent, otherwise availability is the biggest factor

i'm going to do a cyp/eq/var cycle soon

i'm pumped

wow, sounds potent. i just dropped EQ from mine. couldn't handle it. anxiety, bp, and a swollen prostate. never heard that happen from EQ, but i eliminated the variable.

Anthony , everybody has got guestions about the roid store. do you have any idea what exactly is in that stuff

i front loaded my cycle with some M1T (nasty shit, i know)

i check my bp daily, but the anxiety is out of this world

i feel like my heart is beating out of my chest while it's totally normal

liver values are good too, strange you mention anxiety since i go through it (only while sitting down and thinking about it)

There's a difference between designing a jet engine and telling someone about something you've never done. Anyway, AR has done juice so it doesn't matter.

yes. that is exactly what happens. or when i'm driving. xanax is great for that. and i get a bp pill and a water pill, helps keep water from gathering around my heart.

Just what do you consider an athlete? As a powerlifter I consider myself a competitive athlete. I imagine bodybuilders feel the same way, at least in training. Do you have to dance around like a gymnastics fairy (not that I have anything against fairies) to be considered athletic? Or maybe you have to be part of a team because you can't win on your own to be considered an athlete?
I just want to know where your coming from.

I just want to know where your coming from.

Here's my relatively thought out, but still arbitrary definitions:

I suppose I consider an athlete to be someone who competes in a sport, and I define a sport as being a game which is also a competition and has a physical component consisting of a non-arbitrary method of scoring (i.e. a touchdown is worth 6 points regardless of who the referee is) as well as an offensive as well as defensive component.

Powerlifting wouldn't be a sport in my definition of s a sport, because there's no way to keep your opponent from scoring "points" (achieving a higher total). Powerlifting would be a competition and powerlifters would be competitors.

Chess would fall under the "game" category, and people who play chess (or Madden, or whatever) would be "gamers".

Bodybuilding, because of the arbitrary scoring (judging) and the lack of a defensive component would be a competition. So would gymnastics.

MMA would be a sport, as would football...etc...

Sports are pretty easy to identify I think given the random-ass (*but actually well thought out) criteria I have. Again, this is just my own set of definitions, and my own arbitrary thoughts on how I define these particular terms.

But no, Bodybuilding isn't a sport...it's a competition, and since there's no athletic component the people who participate in it are bodybuilders (of course) but not athletes. Powerlifters are powerlifters, etc...

Hope that's not offensive...but I mean....you asked for MY definition, so that's how I do it...

I actually had the chance to see the actual bottles and read what was in them, but that was literally half a year ago...I don't know what's in them now...

I honestly don't keep up with supplements much at all. Only now that I have my own line through Protein Factory, am I actually getting interested in them again.

So was this thread all that you hoped it would be?

I usually think people wouldn't care if I like bodybuilding or not....but after I said I don't care for it, there were 2-3 different sites on the internet discussing my comments. It's a little disconcerting to know that people have so much free time...and that they care so much about me...

Dan Duchaine & Karl Hoffman (I dedicated my first book to both of them). Neither were bodybuilders, and neither even looked like they worked out for the most part...both knew tons more about AAS than I do.

So them Anabolic Board people are shooting up crisco from the grocery store now?

Man, I'd love to see what response a thread about that would bring back at the turn of the century. Third-rate pharmacies have even fallen out of favor to bathtub production by completely unknown people.

Times sure do change quickly...

Dan or Karl? Dan was an excellent writer and very creative, but sometimes wrong. Karl wasn't a great writer, and I think could have been more creative with the research he did...but he was never wrong.

Dan had a an education in theater arts, and I think Karl's was in physics....

What? I always liked Duchain, but suddenly developed an affinity with this Karl guy I don't recall reading anything by. Damn anabolic books or texts are pretty hard to find in retail stores. I had to go to Illinois to the MM Int'l to find Yesalis or Duchain's books.

Your opinion is way less arbitrary than mine, and way more concise then anything I could ever hope to deliver,
I've competitively wrestled, swam, played football, baseball, soccer, paintball, and now I powerlift; all "feel" like sports.
I've bowled (in a league), shot targets competitively with rifles and pistols, thrown darts, shot pool (in a league) and none "feel" like sports.
I agree that MMA is a sport. I work part time as a bouncer in a punk rock bar. When fights break out it's all out action to suppress and eliminate the participates. Occasionally it's one on one and personal. This doesn't feel like a sport, but the only real diference between that and MMA is a lack of a referee. The line between sports and activities is blurry and subjective.
I asked you for an explanation because several other respected names (like Louie Simmons in his training DVD's) made similiar comments, but you are the first where I had a chance to interact with and get an answer from.
Thank You.
Dan Duchaine had a great and entertaining writing style. He had enough of a background in bodybuilding to know he didn't have the genetics to make it far in the sport (my opinion) - LOL.
