I wouldn't be truthful if I posted my diet, because it changed so much.
But I can give you an idea.
I drink a lot of milk, ANPB, oatmeal, whey, Flax, udos, weight gainer. Vitamins, sometimes Bcaa, sometimes Glutamine. Lots of water. I drink Vitargo during and after workout. In there would be some potatoes, chicken, rice, salad, i dont eat many veggies, Beef,... I get from 300-350 gram of protein a day, I eat 350 on my off days and cut a few carbs.
Training is Chest Tri/off/back bi/off/legs shoulders/ off
