ANPB diet questions

New to the board and going to start this diet tomorrow. Just had a few starter questions:
1) I work nights 7p-7a. Will this schedule effect the metabolic breakdown of protein and fats from ANPB. Granted, I only work this schedule 2 nights/week. Just wondering if anyone has had a problem cutting while working nights.

2) Even though ANPB is pretty low in sat. fat, should I worry about my cholesterol?

3) If I plan to do this for appox. 3 weeks what will happen when I gradually reintroduce healthy foods into my caloric intake?

4) I don't quite understand the caloric deficit question in the ANPB calculation. I currently am 5'11" 173 lbs. and body fat% unknown. Doing that at the gym in the a.m.
Looking to lose 4 inches in the waist. Anyone know what my caloric deficit should be?
