Another PO Box thread

Alright guys due to my finiancial circumstances I am living with other people and do not want gear sent to my house for a variety of reasons I am sure you can figure out. The only thing I can think of is having it shipped to a PO. I dont want to do this but see no other alternitive. How much are they on average? What will I have to do? Will I HAVE to sign? Anything precautions or simple rules I should follow? Do's and Donts?

try a private mailservice instead of post office.(( "mailboxes, etc" is one)) If you do get a p.o. box, go their late(2-3am), make sure your not being followed. If ur stuff is in the po box, grab it, along w/ ur other mail, look at your "goodies pkg" like u do't know wtf it is, then pitch it in trash can at post office.(make sure trash can is accessable to u) come back in about an hour and get ur "stash out the trash", then get the FUCK out of there. (just personal exp.-it worked 4 me) if a "pig is watching ur po box nearby, and sees u throw away ur pkg, chances r he'll grab it from there and be "dumbfounded"/ make sure after u throw the pkg away 2 circl around the block, park somewhere where u can see p office 2 see if any1 goes after it. if the "coast is clear" wait about 30 min to an hour, then go back and get ur pkg, or pay a "homeless man $20 to get ur pkg and meet u around the corner, that way he gets bust, not you.(lol!)

p.s.- if u use a "homeless" guy, or (someone u don't give a FUCK about) 2 get ur pkg, for "insurance purposes", make sure u tear the $20 bill in half, and tell him he gets the other half when u get the pkg.

I've never had any problems, but I did have to go up front to get package because it was to big for the box. After that I just use home address now. I would say that a post office box is okay if thats your only choice.

I have haeard the PO box horror stories but it always seems to be a freind of a friend etc... The polls make it seem that I have nothing to worry about. The feds are going to be looking for me for a cycle of test. All the info apreciatesd. I might have to take a trip to the D today.

Dont you have to show 2 forms of ID with verification of home address? Do you fill them out correctly? Do you counterfit documents? Sounds like you could get yourself in more trouble with mail fraud.

first time i used a box, i also used a fake name and there was no problem at all--it was a post office on a campus, so the boxes turned over alot. second time it was a regular post office and i used a bogus company name. i had to fake a letter head from the company authorizing me to receive mail, and have my friend wait at a payphone (i put the number on the letterhead) in case they called. still, i was scared shitless having to go in there and wait for everything to get approved. here's the important part--i really had no choice bc the sender obviously used a fake return addy, so the only place for the authorities to look once they open the package is to my po box, with my real name on it (bc, yes, you have to show id). i think it's best to send it to your house (or a friend's if you have roommates) addressed to the person who used to live there--we all get other people's old mail

NEVER sign under any circumstances for your pkg of "gear". You might as well have signed your arrest warrant, your search warrant, & your fate. WHoever you get your gear from, make sure they DO NOT require signature, otherwise buy your gear from somebody else. OR,... if the pkg has came,.. go to pick it up, and pretend you don't have your ID, and tell them just to put it in your PO box, and you'll pick it up later in your PO box because your busy. If they give you the pkg w/o signature right there, be prepared for it to go good or bad as soon as you walk out that door.
p.s-in the end, you have to ask yourself, " Is the JUICE worth the squeeze"?

Kinda hard to do a controlled delivery on some personal use shit if they have to sit around for 72hrs waiting on you to pick up your pack......And after you do pick it up just write return to sender in big black marker on it just to be safe.

Guys going to the clink for 4 vials of test etc ... havent heard of any of that going on here, but yeah I have a very large shitmix package and am currently jumping through the hoops to retreive it as we speak so yeah I think things definitley are tightening up.

tommyboy is correct,(the only way 4 postoffice 2 know if ur getting gear is if ur source gets busted, OR if ur source is on a "hot list" and their pkgs r being "red flagged"-example-pkgs from GREECE) that's just 1 that i know of. Writing the "rtn 2 sender" on the pkg as soon as u pick it up is a BRILLIANT idea.( big PROPS 2 Galaxy 4 that plug) It always pays 2 be Xtra-careful! And tommyboy,..what you call "Paranoid", I call "heightened awareness". I would much rather be one step ahead and on my game, rather than get lazy, and lax, and make a mistake which might cost me my freedom. (just somethin' 4 u 2 think about tommyboy)

Alright guys did a little PO shopping today and am going with the UPS store. I can get a Small PO for 60 bucks for 3 months. Only a few miles from my house. They said I dont have to sign for anything and they will put my package on the side for me to pick up at any hour. About damn time I got this figured out.

Its not like the cops are gonna say " he has a po box so we can't do anything". I understand that they want possesion but I think if they want to get you they will. Also, if you get A customes siezure letter on an int. package & thay flag your addy I wonder if just the po will get flaged and not the addy conected to the po? ANd to cityhick; you said a small box is $60, you better make sure it is big enough for you package..

Sometimes you do. I have before. Well it wasn't steroids, but it was an international package that DID FIT in my p.o. box.

I have to be paranoid. I have been in legal trouble for a while now because I wasnt in the past. Nothing to do with steroids but other things. Also do to my currentliving situation I cannot have it shipped to my house. I would if I could. Im not that worried and am getting the PO tommarow. Send some things through and make sure everything works well then give the order.
