Hi ya folks. Not sure if this is the right place for this but thought I would stop lurking. Just started my first run with sarms, currently running S4 and am on day two. I found my way here looking for information, and found it. Have been pestering the hell out of Radar and Mich for info, thanks again guys. I am finally working out again and getting back in shape after three and a half years down due to injury and surgery. Have my workout going where it needs to, still have some work to do on my diet. My wife can cook! Lol. Diet to will get dialed in though. My plan, since this is my first run with Sarms, is to run the S4 for 6 weeks alone then on to Osta for 6 weeks or so. I plan to keep a written log of this, maybe a post now and then as well since there are already some great logs up. Oh, after hearing about the taste of the S4 was a little worried, but found it wasnt really that bad.... then again after having had to eat Navy chow there aren't many things that do taste all that bad anymore.

Dont have any pics at the moment.

Day 1 = S4 25mg afternoon, received package after workout, and thought it would give me time to see... well if I had any adverse reactions to it. None so far.

Day 2 = S4 25mg A.M., another 25mg P.M. unable to work out today which sucks.. No noticeable sides.

Day 3 = S4 25mg A.M., another 25mg P.M. about 40 minutes before workout. Only doing cardio today.

Day 4 = S4 25mg A.M. about thirty minutes before workout. Worked arms, cheast, upper back, core (for me core is lower back, abs, obliques, the core) 30 minutes cardio. Work out felt great... S4 25mg P.M. No noticeable sides.

Day 5 = S4 25mg A.M. Three cups of coffee, didnt get much sleep last few nights as wife is sick. Tried a sample pack of 1MR pre work out mix, one sip and knew it wasnt for me dumped the rest. Today is Leg day. So workout today is legs, core, 30 minutes cardio, and a few pullups just cause. Huge suprise was workout rocked today. After two surgerys to left knee, I really do not look foward to leg days. Today went great, the normall aches didnt seem as bad and after finishing workout do not seem to ache as much as normall. Maybe its just in my head, but hell right now I just dont care. After workout BCAA and creatine, then on to the chow. Seems as though my arms and chest are harding up, even the wife noticed :) Still got a tire around the middle so to speak but diet and cardio are working on that.
S4 25mg P.M. No noticeable sides.___________________________

So for anyone that may wonder or point to the S4 working being a side, My remarks for no noticeable side is for negative sides which I have noticed none to this point..
So one out there is proable going to flame me for my definition of "Core" for my workouts. I definie core as I do because string of injuries, some to my back, in which having a strong core either prevented them from being worse, or having to rehab them for my back. Besides its what works for me, and I like it.
Am thinking about starting out with the 5 on 2 off for the S4 as it seems many folks have avoided, or controlled any sides this way.
Also considering adding Osta at the start of next week to this run. Doubt anyone will really look at this with so many other great logs, but hell I'll post here any way. Hope all well with you folks out there in Elite land. Night.
 
Day 6 = S4 25mg A.M. S4 25mg P.M. No workout today, at least not in gym, 1 year anniversary for my wife and I. :) Well my wife also informed me today while getting ready to go out that my chest and midsection was looking leaner, and feeling alot leaner. The fact that she noticed and said something about it means that what I though I was seeing the mirror wasn't just in my head. My muscles seem harder, and workouts are great. Also day after my legs workout the normal pain felt in my knees wasnt really there, just the normal muscle soreness from the workout. So for me at least the effects on the tendons is niffty as hell. I have noticed some vision sides. A yellowing of headlights, and some diminished night vision, night vision isn't gone merely taking longer for my eye to adjust.

Day 7 = S4 25mg A.M. Work out today was a short one. Got my core and some upper back, and about 15 minutes of cardio. Sucks, but alot going on today. I have some work to do on our house today, and low crawling underneath to plot out installing a new inline whole house water filter. Any way thats wayyy of topic for this post, guess I just felt the need to make an excuse for not doing my full workout today. Saturday and Sunday will be my two days off of S4, Have decied that I will run it Monday though Friday just to make life alittle easier. lol. Will continue to run the S4 5 days on and 2 days off for the rest of this cycle like this. Still considering adding Osta to this run.
Wonder if I should have named the title of this thread somthing different as I think I am talking to no one but me... Ah well.. Any way in case anyone wonders the S4 being run now as well as the osta currently sitting beside it both came from Uniquemicals. Shipping was fast, and arrives in a small package that doesn't stand out. In short it doesnt scream HEY LOOK AT ME! Which is always nice if you have nosey ass neighbors. Im lucky as we dont. So far for me the the S4 has been awesome, and is working great!

Reverse crunch hanging leg raise Oblique twist from seated position, upside down crunch from my bench, (hey it's what I got) while holding 15 pound dumbell did 3 sets of of 5, and the sadistic AB WHEEL OF DOOM. Yep the litttle freaking wheel with a bar though it. I have a kindda love hate realitionship with this thing. I am a bit embarrassed to admit, but yes I have to do these from my knees for the time being, but got three sets of six today and am damn happy about it, lol.
S4 25mg P.M. My abs are actually sore!! Ok so while most folks proablly dont get all that excited about something like that I admit that I do. It means I have pushed them. It's not the "Oh god dont touch me" kind of sore, but enough that I know they got worked, and feel good about it.
Sides Noticed... Lights have a yellow tint to them, and my night vision is, well, it kindda sucks. Am going to take Saturday and Sunday off, and start monday through friday with 25mg twice per day.
Also, after much thought I have found the temptation to great and have decied to add the Osta to this run as well. Just have to decied what mg to run it... Any thoughts on that one?????

Arabian thank you for the welcome.. Radar, thanks man! From what I have seen and your recomendation I think that I will run at 20mgs.

Day 9 = No S4 today, or tomrrow, but thought I would do an update about soreness. My abs were alittle sore last night after working them as I did. Today I have really no soreness at all, not just for abs, but anywhere Iworked. Normally if I dont feel alittle more than what I do for soreness right now I feel as though I cheated myself by not pushing harder. Oblique twist I do from a seated position pulling about 30 pounds. Nothing major for around here, but it makes me feel good about me. lol. Today will be a cardio day as well as working on flexability.

Wait until the yellow subsides before continuing with S4 then start back at 30-40mg 5 on 2 off ,as you go you can slowly increase it.

The yellow was hardly there at all last night, but am taking today off as well just to be sure. As it stands now Im not seeing the yellow tinge on anything white colored now. Have to see how my vision is tonight. If all is well then I will pick up again tomrrow, Monday and go 5on 2 off from there. I was going to start back at the 50mg (25mg twice a day), but will have to think about that one with your recomendation. I started the Osta yesterday, and decied to start it out at 20mg once a day. My understanding is that it will around 10 days or so to kick in.

Thanks man... I wish I could take credit for comeing up with that saying, though to be honest Im not sure who came up with that one. There are a few guys around here that I train with, and help with teaching sometimes. This is on our shirts, lol. :evil: Great group of friends to have. lol.
I may get the wife to take a couple of pics, as I have one thats not to old to compaire it to. Still debating this idea, as to be honest the shape im currently in is a bit embarrasing. lol.

Day 10 = No S4 today, Osta 20mg. Today was the dreaded leg day again. Workout today was ok, but only because I had to rush it, only got 15 min. of cardio today. I will admit it was my own damn fault as I was lazy and got up late, and work I had planed to do today to a bit longer. Also was not to be late takeing the wife out to dinner as promised. All of that to say hell of an excuess not just gettin of my but. :rolleyes: Tonight I have no sides left over from the S4, no yellow tint at all. For those of you worried about the sides of this, beleive me I understand as having only one eye, you become a bit over protective of it. (No I did not lose my other eye, I know exactly where it went) Bad joke I know, but its mine. Have been thinking about it most of the weekend, and especially with advice coming from Radar about what dose to start back on. I have decied to start back with the 50mg. divied twice daily as before, but will be running the 5 on two off, and see how that goes. Wife took a couple of pictures today so I could compaire. My god I'd gotten fat. The situation for me is this.... I was laid up on the couch for a little over 3 years due to injurys, 5 surgerys later I can start working out again. From six pack abs and being almost where I wanted to be, to being couch jockey. To be honest its been slow getting back in the grove if you will. Started hitting it in december of this year. So now I am back to being able to push weight and do cardio again. I have also only been working out once per day for the last couple of months to ease back into it. After looking at those pictures tonight, while I can see the progress made, and how far still to go. Its now time to get off my butt and get back to work. Am going to start twice a day workouts during this week and see how well it goes. Will proably be an AM. cardio seasion on the tread climber, a workout during the afternoon or evening and another cardio seasion as part of that. I hate being out of shape. Makes me feel weak.
Oh, for those looking for S4 results, To be honest I am kind of shocked. One week in and muscles feel and look more solid, my middle has leaned down alittle bit, not dramatic but enough for my wife to notice and say something about it. Cant waite to see what happens.
 
Thats how sarms works my friend, Honestly i was scared as hell on my first run ,as i have glaucoma in my left eye,60% vision loss (thanks Doc)Anyway be smart about it ,and you'll be fine, the thing is to run the lowest dosage possible. for me i get sides on S4 at 50 mg,so i drop back to 30mg honestly i can't tell a difference, i assume its from the sarms being built up in my system.Still i go 5 on 2 off,sometime a week I may increase it to 50 mg that week then drop back!
 
Day 11 = S4 25mg. AM. Osta 20mg. afternoon S4 25mg. PM.
Did cardio this morning, as well as cardio this eveing. Am having a hard time getting motavated today, but I think that is due to having to go to the dentist tomrrow. I lost two fillings and have a cavity under one. I really dislike any trip to the dentist, dont get me worng nice lady and all, it just, well the between that sound of that damn drill and one really bad experanice years ago, just damn. :worried: Stupid I know. My evening cardio went well. Had to make myself stop, but didnt get in any lifting today.

Radar thanks again, any advice I take gladly and give serious consideration! My plan is to run this week at 50mg a day but at the first sign of sides to back off. If I still get the sides then I will bump down to 40mg. and try there. I will be sticking the the 5 on 2 off from this point on as well. I am thinking about bumping the dose down anyway just to see what happens. I'm weird that way. That and advice from you and a few others I have seen.

Tripp_Adems thanks for checking this out, and from I have seen so far I think you will be very happy with it.

Tonight for dinner was a bit of a cheat night for me, but thought I would share, hell may give some one else an idea. I love cheseburgers, for obvious reasions this is not always good, so on a cheat heres mine.
Sauteed onions, mushroom, and a little minced garlic. I use extra virgin oliveoil. Lean ground beef, with little low sodium dales mixed in. A slice of Sargentos aged swiss. I put all of this on a tortilla (burrito style) fold it up and set it on a flat skillet for a minute or so to seal it. A little Hinz 57 sauce, and then its time to get nasty with it. lol. Like I said its my cheat.

As I am now way off topic might as well post this, in my curiosity today I placed an order with NTBM for a sample pack. 3 samples: Need 2 Slin, HCGenerate, and Need 2 Flame.
 
Day 12= S4 25mg AM. Osta 20mg afternoon, S425mg afternoon. First dose of S4 was at 7AM., Osta about 1 PM., and second dose S4 2 PM. Did 30 min. of cardio this morning, and have survived the dreaded dental appt. Didn't get much sleep last night, but thats nothing new. Bouts of insomnia are common for me. Still freaking sucks though. I'm dragging pretty hard right now. Got asked what if anything else Im taking besides S4 and osta. Thought I would answer that here as well.. so after workouts I take 2 scoops (about 10g) Modern BCAA from USP Labs (unflavored), as well as two scoops GNC Performance creatine (Fruit punch flavored). Also have a some Jack3d from USP Labs. Now by no means am I recomending these products, just stuff that Im trying out right now. Oh and coffee. The world does not exist, and can go to hell untill after Iv had at least my first cup. Also got asked about my cigar smoking. I dont smoke them every day, maybe one or two a week, and may go months without one. Cigars are my rewards,, For the world has not ended due to me or anything Iv done.... I deserve a reward! See, I like to set reward goal like this ensures that I can achive it. :verygood:

Get some N2KTS from NTBM and turn those workouts into an assault on the Iron, theres no jittery feeling or no Crash later on,it makes you want to be superman!
 
I'm with Radar on this! N2KTS is great! I've never had better work outs! Never have jitters and NEVER have a crash afterwards. I'm picky with flavors on pre-workouts and I dont mind taking the Green Apple N2KTS. It'll definitely have you feeling like superman. I work out with a guy that 80 pounds heavier than me and the only thing he can outdo me in consistently is leg day. And without fail I'm always pushing to match him. Def a need to for a beast of a workout if your looking to push harder every single workout! Keep up with the great products guys!

I did end up doing an evening workout on day 12, about 30 min. of cardio and I was gased. I did finally get some sleep though. I may have to look into the N2KTS, thats a pretty hight recomendation there from you guys. Also looked up what some others where saying about it, and seemes pretty damn impressive. To be honest Im not all that impressed with the Jack3d pre work out, and one scoop just doesnt really get it done, I mean to be honest there is a little extra enegery there but nothing to get excited about, I would compair it to a cup of coffee. Might be great for some, but not really for me. Then again I drink alot of coffee. Recieved my sample packet from NTBM in the mail today, (damn fast shipping,) and was impressed. I did not fully read all of the instructions, and had chosen the Need 2 Flame, which is not in the main list of products to try. The instructions say to chose three on the list, and place a note at the bottom if there is something not there that you would like, and they would try to get it to you. I not reading this as I should have,( my own damn fault) did not chose a third option on the list, and instead chose on the Need 2 Flame. Well, the Need2Flame was not in the package, (to be honest my main intrest was the HCGenerate, and Need2Slin, so didnt really care,) but I did recieve one serving of Muscle Replenisher (Berry Blast flavor), and a little bottle of something called Ass Lighting (berry flavor). I had to laugh at that one. I tasted the Ass Lighting and was supprised that it wasnt that bad, but to be honest I differed the trail of that one to my wife. She pulls 12 (night) shifts, and trys alot of different energy drinks...( 5 hour energy and the like). Well after a three hour nap today after getting off work, it is now 11:03 and she is still awake. I asked how well she thought it worked and tasted and was informed that the taste was suprisingly not that bad, and as for if it worked, "I'm still awake". From her that is a ringing endosment. lol. My normall goto is coffee. Now lets be honest folks most places if ordering something not on their list would have sent only two items or nothing at all. Instead I recieved the Ass Lighting, and Muscle Replenisher. All I can say is WOW, and Thanks guys! Now I have read that with a bottle of the Need 2 Slin taking one pill three times a day works great, however I have 10 for sample. So take two before each meal, or spread it out. It will be more than enough to make sure my system wont have any problems with it. Also the HCGenerate I have 3 servings (5 pills per serving) here I have been reading 3 in the AM and two PM., but would like a little more feed back on that one, IE... with food, before fasted AM cardio, before bed? that sort of thing.
S4 Sides..... I am starting to see a slight tinge of yellow, so after taking Saturday and Sunday off from the S4 I will pick back up at 40mg a day divied into two doses.
 
Day 15 = S4 25mg AM. Osta 20mg afternoon, S4 25mg PM. Did AM cardio. Worked upper body, core, and some leg work, 15 min. cardio. Had to make myself stop today. Just felt great and got lost. I love workouts like that. I also tried the Muscle Replenisher Berry flavor today. Holy Hell what did no one tell me about this stuff? I mean normally after my workout Im in the kitchen dumping two scoops of BCAA powder, a scoop of creatien, this takes a little over 20 ounces of warm (almost hot) water, and shaking the hell out of it for a full minute at least. Still got to get some protein down as well. Ok, I konw some might ask why not mix it before hand and put it in the fridge, I could proabaly give you a buch of crap reasions but to be honest, alot of times I just dont think about it. When I do I still have to shake the hell out of it and whatch the snow globe effect. Oh, and there is also the cost issue. Considering the cost of buying BCAA powder, creatien powder, and of cousre protien, I think it easy to see (at least for me) how much cheaper the Muscle Replenisher is, and hey who couldnt stand to save a few bucks today. I used cold water to mix the Muscle Replenisher and a shaker cup. No problems mixing, taste was a great supprise, and mostly it has the BCAA, protien, creatien already in it. I think I may have to try out the Better Protein Bars now, as well as the NTKTS.
 
Kat, I got my package of S4 and Osta three days ago, I have been taking 25mg Osta and 50mg S4 (25am 25pm) and I get slightly light headed after taking this for about 5 minutes and only very faintly feel light headed for about an hour after but not all that noticable. Are you not supposed to take Osta with S4 as I take them both in the morning.? as I notice you take your Osta in the arvo compared to S4 am/ pm.

Hi ya Tripp. Congrats with Osta and S4. Keeping in mind that am by no means an expert in any way on this. To be honest I dont think it should be a problem but then again everyone is different. I have not noticed light headedness in the lab kat, but have had at least 30 minutes between the S4 and Osta. Did you start them both at the same time?

Not much to post on the log for Days 16 and 17. Did AM cardio yesterday, Afternoon 20mg Osta, spent the day moving heavy peices of metal form point A to point B, but was for a good cause and the company and conversation was good. lol. Today Day 17, no AM cardio, 20mg Osta, moved more metal. So the bad joke of the sleep deprived weekend, Head banging to heavy metal, as plate steel is heavy, and well after smacking my head in to a chunck of metal, the bad jokes flowed forth. The fact that my hair pulled back into a pony tail is half way down my back didnt help. Devious wife woke me up early. going to the dojo to train? No. Sex? No. House on fire? Nope. Zombie apocalypse has just created a target rich enviroment. Nope, not even close. So why then did I get awoken early. So she could steal my pillow, and side of the bed. Oh ummm it could have been pay back for me picking on her, but thats beside the point, and I chose to ignore it.
Oh, and I got to go to the range today and put a little lead at the other end. Also very shortly I will be pouring a small glass of 15 year old scotch and smoking a cigar. Over all, Its been a good weekend. :)

Tripp seperate those dosages by 3 hrs ,some can't tolerate everything all at once!
 
I went back through my written log and looked at times of doses. Only one day was there not at least a couple of hours between Osta and S4. That was one hour and 15 minutes.
 
yeah I have planned to seperate them today as you and Radar have stated however I have left my damn Osta at home, forgot to bring it into work, still have my Winny however.
have a comp coming up very shortly (Saturday) so needing to get prepared, left it too late as per usual!
 
Hi ya folks.. no updates due to a bit of an emergency. Had to help out a friend. I am now home, and broke, but at least its not a broke home. :) Work with me, here. lol. Been awake way to long. So brief update is. 27 Did upper body and and cardio, and core. S4 20mg AM. Osta 20mg afternoon, S4 20mg PM. I havent really worked out againg this week untill today. I got legs, core, and about 15 minutes of cardio. No S4 since Thursday which was March 1st due to my rushing to get out the door and left it behind. So will pick up with that on Monday. Well I guess due the time here it is not Monday. Tripp Hope that all is going well, and that you got my Pm's. Radar, Thanks a ton for shareing knowldge man! As for me... I am taking my butt to bed. Night folks.
 
Day 26 = S4 20mg AM, Osta 20mg afternoon, S4 20mg PM. AM cardio and afternoon upperbody. Still recouping from last week and weekend. Finally got some sleep, and it was awesome :) Also I think I am going to count mowing my yard as a third workout today. Hey, its a big yard. lol.
