Wait until the yellow subsides before continuing with S4 then start back at 30-40mg 5 on 2 off ,as you go you can slowly increase it.

The yellow was hardly there at all last night, but am taking today off as well just to be sure. As it stands now Im not seeing the yellow tinge on anything white colored now. Have to see how my vision is tonight. If all is well then I will pick up again tomrrow, Monday and go 5on 2 off from there. I was going to start back at the 50mg (25mg twice a day), but will have to think about that one with your recomendation. I started the Osta yesterday, and decied to start it out at 20mg once a day. My understanding is that it will around 10 days or so to kick in.

Thanks man... I wish I could take credit for comeing up with that saying, though to be honest Im not sure who came up with that one. There are a few guys around here that I train with, and help with teaching sometimes. This is on our shirts, lol. :evil: Great group of friends to have. lol.
I may get the wife to take a couple of pics, as I have one thats not to old to compaire it to. Still debating this idea, as to be honest the shape im currently in is a bit embarrasing. lol.

Day 10 = No S4 today, Osta 20mg. Today was the dreaded leg day again. Workout today was ok, but only because I had to rush it, only got 15 min. of cardio today. I will admit it was my own damn fault as I was lazy and got up late, and work I had planed to do today to a bit longer. Also was not to be late takeing the wife out to dinner as promised. All of that to say hell of an excuess not just gettin of my but. :rolleyes: Tonight I have no sides left over from the S4, no yellow tint at all. For those of you worried about the sides of this, beleive me I understand as having only one eye, you become a bit over protective of it. (No I did not lose my other eye, I know exactly where it went) Bad joke I know, but its mine. Have been thinking about it most of the weekend, and especially with advice coming from Radar about what dose to start back on. I have decied to start back with the 50mg. divied twice daily as before, but will be running the 5 on two off, and see how that goes. Wife took a couple of pictures today so I could compaire. My god I'd gotten fat. The situation for me is this.... I was laid up on the couch for a little over 3 years due to injurys, 5 surgerys later I can start working out again. From six pack abs and being almost where I wanted to be, to being couch jockey. To be honest its been slow getting back in the grove if you will. Started hitting it in december of this year. So now I am back to being able to push weight and do cardio again. I have also only been working out once per day for the last couple of months to ease back into it. After looking at those pictures tonight, while I can see the progress made, and how far still to go. Its now time to get off my butt and get back to work. Am going to start twice a day workouts during this week and see how well it goes. Will proably be an AM. cardio seasion on the tread climber, a workout during the afternoon or evening and another cardio seasion as part of that. I hate being out of shape. Makes me feel weak.
Oh, for those looking for S4 results, To be honest I am kind of shocked. One week in and muscles feel and look more solid, my middle has leaned down alittle bit, not dramatic but enough for my wife to notice and say something about it. Cant waite to see what happens.
 
Thats how sarms works my friend, Honestly i was scared as hell on my first run ,as i have glaucoma in my left eye,60% vision loss (thanks Doc)Anyway be smart about it ,and you'll be fine, the thing is to run the lowest dosage possible. for me i get sides on S4 at 50 mg,so i drop back to 30mg honestly i can't tell a difference, i assume its from the sarms being built up in my system.Still i go 5 on 2 off,sometime a week I may increase it to 50 mg that week then drop back!

Did cardio this morning, as well as cardio this eveing. Am having a hard time getting motavated today, but I think that is due to having to go to the dentist tomrrow. I lost two fillings and have a cavity under one. I really dislike any trip to the dentist, dont get me worng nice lady and all, it just, well the between that sound of that damn drill and one really bad experanice years ago, just damn. :worried: Stupid I know. My evening cardio went well. Had to make myself stop, but didnt get in any lifting today.

Radar thanks again, any advice I take gladly and give serious consideration! My plan is to run this week at 50mg a day but at the first sign of sides to back off. If I still get the sides then I will bump down to 40mg. and try there. I will be sticking the the 5 on 2 off from this point on as well. I am thinking about bumping the dose down anyway just to see what happens. I'm weird that way. That and advice from you and a few others I have seen.

Tripp_Adems thanks for checking this out, and from I have seen so far I think you will be very happy with it.

Tonight for dinner was a bit of a cheat night for me, but thought I would share, hell may give some one else an idea. I love cheseburgers, for obvious reasions this is not always good, so on a cheat heres mine.
Sauteed onions, mushroom, and a little minced garlic. I use extra virgin oliveoil. Lean ground beef, with little low sodium dales mixed in. A slice of Sargentos aged swiss. I put all of this on a tortilla (burrito style) fold it up and set it on a flat skillet for a minute or so to seal it. A little Hinz 57 sauce, and then its time to get nasty with it. lol. Like I said its my cheat.

As I am now way off topic might as well post this, in my curiosity today I placed an order with NTBM for a sample pack. 3 samples: Need 2 Slin, HCGenerate, and Need 2 Flame.
 
Day 12= S4 25mg AM. Osta 20mg afternoon, S425mg afternoon. First dose of S4 was at 7AM., Osta about 1 PM., and second dose S4 2 PM. Did 30 min. of cardio this morning, and have survived the dreaded dental appt. Didn't get much sleep last night, but thats nothing new. Bouts of insomnia are common for me. Still freaking sucks though. I'm dragging pretty hard right now. Got asked what if anything else Im taking besides S4 and osta. Thought I would answer that here as well.. so after workouts I take 2 scoops (about 10g) Modern BCAA from USP Labs (unflavored), as well as two scoops GNC Performance creatine (Fruit punch flavored). Also have a some Jack3d from USP Labs. Now by no means am I recomending these products, just stuff that Im trying out right now. Oh and coffee. The world does not exist, and can go to hell untill after Iv had at least my first cup. Also got asked about my cigar smoking. I dont smoke them every day, maybe one or two a week, and may go months without one. Cigars are my rewards,, For the world has not ended due to me or anything Iv done.... I deserve a reward! See, I like to set reward goal like this ensures that I can achive it. :verygood:

Get some N2KTS from NTBM and turn those workouts into an assault on the Iron, theres no jittery feeling or no Crash later on,it makes you want to be superman!
 
I'm with Radar on this! N2KTS is great! I've never had better work outs! Never have jitters and NEVER have a crash afterwards. I'm picky with flavors on pre-workouts and I dont mind taking the Green Apple N2KTS. It'll definitely have you feeling like superman. I work out with a guy that 80 pounds heavier than me and the only thing he can outdo me in consistently is leg day. And without fail I'm always pushing to match him. Def a need to for a beast of a workout if your looking to push harder every single workout! Keep up with the great products guys!

I did end up doing an evening workout on day 12, about 30 min. of cardio and I was gased. I did finally get some sleep though. I may have to look into the N2KTS, thats a pretty hight recomendation there from you guys. Also looked up what some others where saying about it, and seemes pretty damn impressive. To be honest Im not all that impressed with the Jack3d pre work out, and one scoop just doesnt really get it done, I mean to be honest there is a little extra enegery there but nothing to get excited about, I would compair it to a cup of coffee. Might be great for some, but not really for me. Then again I drink alot of coffee. Recieved my sample packet from NTBM in the mail today, (damn fast shipping,) and was impressed. I did not fully read all of the instructions, and had chosen the Need 2 Flame, which is not in the main list of products to try. The instructions say to chose three on the list, and place a note at the bottom if there is something not there that you would like, and they would try to get it to you. I not reading this as I should have,( my own damn fault) did not chose a third option on the list, and instead chose on the Need 2 Flame. Well, the Need2Flame was not in the package, (to be honest my main intrest was the HCGenerate, and Need2Slin, so didnt really care,) but I did recieve one serving of Muscle Replenisher (Berry Blast flavor), and a little bottle of something called Ass Lighting (berry flavor). I had to laugh at that one. I tasted the Ass Lighting and was supprised that it wasnt that bad, but to be honest I differed the trail of that one to my wife. She pulls 12 (night) shifts, and trys alot of different energy drinks...( 5 hour energy and the like). Well after a three hour nap today after getting off work, it is now 11:03 and she is still awake. I asked how well she thought it worked and tasted and was informed that the taste was suprisingly not that bad, and as for if it worked, "I'm still awake". From her that is a ringing endosment. lol. My normall goto is coffee. Now lets be honest folks most places if ordering something not on their list would have sent only two items or nothing at all. Instead I recieved the Ass Lighting, and Muscle Replenisher. All I can say is WOW, and Thanks guys! Now I have read that with a bottle of the Need 2 Slin taking one pill three times a day works great, however I have 10 for sample. So take two before each meal, or spread it out. It will be more than enough to make sure my system wont have any problems with it. Also the HCGenerate I have 3 servings (5 pills per serving) here I have been reading 3 in the AM and two PM., but would like a little more feed back on that one, IE... with food, before fasted AM cardio, before bed? that sort of thing.
S4 Sides..... I am starting to see a slight tinge of yellow, so after taking Saturday and Sunday off from the S4 I will pick back up at 40mg a day divied into two doses.
