Hey Fellas whats up everybody. First let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I am 17 years old and i am currently 6ft 155. When i was in the ninth grade i weighed 115 pounds throughtout the year and slowly picked up weight. Around sophmore year i was around 125 and that summer i lifted just about every day (which was when i started lifting for football) and i put on throught the season a good 30 pounds. I declined off weightlifting after hurting my ankle through football, keeping up with grades and working. I want to get back into lifting but this time I want it to be right!.

I do not want to go on roids or do any of that stuff. I want to get a lot bigger and not be called the skinny kid anymore. I will do what it takes to do this. I have planned on making sure i endure a proper diet, quit drinking soda less fatty foods etc etc. More sleep and more lifting.

Im thinking i can workout any day now, because i plan on waking up somewhat early and lifting at my club before school starts.. because I am one of the types of people who do not like lifting wieghts around lots of people until i get bigger that is. My friend gave me 4lbs of Nitro tech for free and was wondering if that works? When do i take it and how much.
Also what kind of diet should i consider throughought the week and what should i absolutely not to do ensure my weightlifting potential stays at its fullest.

Any other things i should be taking...
Also any kind of lifts for a weekly schedule i could do 7 days a week but that is to harsh, I would really like to define my pecs, stomach and arms.

Thanks Guys.

Welcome to the boards brother!! Congratulations on making the decision to undertake this difficult and rewarding journey! Youll learn alot on these boards, as there are many knowledgable people who post here. To start, be sure to eat plenty of calories and carbs, preferrably complex carbs, and keep your protein at a minimum of 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. More is even better. Dont be afraid to force the food down, youll need it to build muscle. Aside from that, train hard and intensely and make each set count. Its your desire that will rise above all else, and ensure that you reach your goals and beyond. There are many ways to train, but ultimately it is up to you to MAKE them work. Experiment, ask alot of questions, study the information here and you may want to check out the training methods sticky to find a training routine. Patience will also be a necessary discipline, as results will come slow, or even stop at points, and youll need to drive yourself past that. Id reccomend the WalkingBeast routine!! Let the metamorphesis begin!!

Welcome..First off you got the right attitude on gear..At this point you dont need it..Second ask many many questions and listen to people with the experience like walking..Dont know what your diet is like right now but you sound like ur pretty lean. so dont be afraid to eat and eat some more..Try righting down everything you eat for a week track carbs, cals, protein fat..Your going to want to incrementally bump your cals up to at least 15 xBW..i would try to break it down to 40% pro 40%carbs 20%fat..Nitro tech is fine (especially if its free) i would use it first thing in the morn and right after you train..But keep in mind that whole foods are always better..There are cheaper proteins like optimum nutrition that are just as good as NT and theyre cheaper..good luck

Also just what should i be eating exactly like for breakfast, lunch and dinner so i can go get some of that food if i do not already have it, remember i want to put on weight and loose weight the healthy way to stay in shape for football.

try going to the nutrition forum as well as here. some good foods are eggs, tuna, and milk.

Good luck!

Also tryDoing a search on your questions to further your knowlage as they all have been answered here a million times before
