Ups /Fed-EX/DH are all privately owned comp...therefore can open a package if they want, or if they think theres a reason. The only reason USPS will open a package is if it is leaking or there is a questionable odor coming from it. i worked UPS and was a hazmat responder..i opened packages on a regular basis...There was one time a package came down the slide and when it hit the rubber stopper let out a white powder on the belt...this package was opened and Law enforcment was contacted imediatly...The substance was tested By Police and came back positive for cocaine. A controlled delivery was organized were the package car driver had a officer ride along.. (like he was a superviser ride along) i dont know if they had the person sign or not, but he sure was in the paper the next day and the news took a story at our facility ! It turned out to be kilo of cocain said the news reort . depending on what it is, i would put a Different name on the return, with the correct address...who said you mailed it...Drop it in a mailbox, not at the post office..check on the weight ect...first so that you know how many stamps it needs, you can go there and weigh it..and buy the stamps..just take it w/ you Bro , then do your drop.motorol@ said:

I would use DHL, personally. You can pay cash at a DHL drop off place (Office Depot, etc.) and use a bullshit name for sender. The other option would be to just mail it. No return address needed. Just buy the stamps with cash.
Just make sure it is packed securely and you should be fine. Domestic to Domestic should be a piece of cake.

If we are talking potential charges. then it is always best to avoid the US govt at all costs and go private. FedX, UPS,DHL or any will do. Although (as above) they could open the package, it is a very rare occurence. (As stated, when leaking, etc.) Package neatly and discreetly and tape securely.
Use return address (omit name); that way if it does happen to come back they will just leave it at your door. If, on the other hand, they want you to sign (for a return) it is what LE calls a "controlled delivery". Simply deny you sent anything and close the door; chalk it up as a learning experience and say thanks for a close call.

Also another mentioned that most likely they will not open package, well this is true, but then i heard "make sure you tape it good ect"...Well dont tape it with just anything because private mailing services (UPS) will untape the package if it is taped w/ Duck Tape or some other Bullshit...Is this common, No, but if a dickhead is on that night, he might just do that...
Lastly as far as playing DUMB doesnt work, Well i disagree...if you did as i stated, put the correct return address, and different name, and for some 1 in a million reason LE shows up...They can not prove you mailed this.!!!!!!!!!! What are they ganna do, yes i said that..Screw them.. thats not my name,i never saw that, and i didnt open it.. Now if you have a Bad rap sheet ( Done time) and you are a known criminal, and they want you bad enough
( like Pablo Escobar) They can get a warrant, take your computer, and go threw your entire life..Or just set you up..LOL.............................Holy shit i must be board !
