I came inside and ate a big plate of food and hooked my lower back up to the electrotherapy machine!!!! That thing works wonders.

This is how I set up my bar to do Sumo Pulls with. I am always afraid that I am going to set the bar down on my toes...I think that this helped me to go even wider..

Cheese ventures over to these boards from time to time...lol...he will love this. He is a celebrity and has never even posted here...hahah..lol.

Back to electrotherapy on my back again...feels nice. Anyone else do this to help with recovery? When I wake up in the mornings/afternoons (lol) my back is always VERY tight and sore from the night before. I believe that when you get bigger that you can not sleep in a properly aligned position near as easily.

Anyways...I am going to be SORE by this afternoon for sure.

what's electrotherapy?

My chiropractor let me borrow one of his therapy machines. It has 2 small paddles on it that you place on your body. You choose the amount of current, the frequency, and for how long. It helps to loosen up all loose muscles.

Note...don't try it on your biceps...it will make your bicep TOTALLY contract...lol

How much do you plan to eat during Christmas break?? I don't know about you, but I am loading up on all kinds of food. This includes plenty of pizza, chinese food, or anything else that is eatable.

I am going to do all that I can. Mom is home for break and she is cooking LOTS at the moment...lol. We will see.
