Wanted to add that Chese had a good day too!!

He is nearing 250 on the scale and getting bigger/stronger every week!!! WSB works ya'll!!!!

Cheese pulled 505 x 3...which was a 3 rep PR (he had never even done 2 before)....THEN he did...

Ok...it is after 4 am here...been studying all evening and I feel like I am about to fall apart...lol...

Calves, hams, quads, lower back, lats, abs...yep..I am sore.

Goodness...I look at those pics with me and that stone...and it blows me away the sheer SIZE of that thing. I have long arms..but man that thing was huge!!!!

Excellent work!! What are you going to do about your bar? Those things are $250 you know!! Next time, you might as well put 710lbs on the bar becuase you could get it.;)
 
Thanks for the motivation! I psyched myself up after watching your deadlift video and went to the gym tonight with the sole intent of moving mountains. I came out with a personal best on the 5x5 squat! You da man, Bfold. Awesome lifts.

Thanks for all the posts and pics-they are great motivation for everyone.
 
Awesome lift B fold, impressive. The portion of the bar that broke is a casting with a machined finish. It looks alot like concrete when broken. It's either iron or steel, but "flesh is stronger than steel"...
 
Great videos B! I haven't heard Motley Crue in the longest time! Do you think all that moaning and groaning would give a girl that extra "boost?" Seems to work for ya'll...:D
