Hello,


As you will see I am new to this site, well new as a member, but have been poking around and reading things for some time now. I would like to know if I would be able to get some help here and info and what not or am I in the wrong place. Here is where I'm at, just retired on July 12th and turned 40 on July 13th and I'm seriously out of shape, the worst I've ever been, and I am disgusted with it. Obviously I want to get into shape again, I'm 5'6 and 195 lbs. I want to do a few cycles of steroids and would like some guidance on a good bulking / strength type of cycle, mixed with a good nutrition plan. I’m up here in Alaska and don’t know yet about how to get roids up here I’m sure I figure that out, I hope.


Few things, I don’t need responses telling me not to do it and so on. I do know they are illegal, my view on the substance is my own and don’t care about the legality of them.


Alcohol and cigarettes kill millions a year and they are legal, and to my knowledge I have yet heard any real link to death from roids, however I have heard the side effects like with anything you abuse it will bite you in the ass. My thoughts are that if taken in moderation, and on a short term you will be fine. I don’t smoke or drink so ill take my chances. So again I’m looking for positive direction on what would be a good and attainable steroid cycle. Again If I’m in the wrong place to talk or ask such a thing I apologize, just tell me and I will correct it.

I am like you, but not new to the game, but have been retired for 4 years from hard core "supplementation". Coming back for a final push! Am in my 40s, but still less than 8% bf and 195lbs @ 5'10". Have lifted religiously for past 25 years test replacement therapy (TRT) will keep all your gains if you ever come off for a few years.....consider it.....I tried cold turkey (but with clomid , tamox, HCG) and it was MISERABLE!!!! Never got my natural test back, will always be on TRT, but I figure WTF, lets do a few more hard core cycles and see what is left in the tank! Tren is my fav!

its great that you want to get back into shape bro but you don't just start taking steroids to do that... you are way off base thinking that... you need to get back in the gym, develop a strong routine and get your diet in check as well... you need to get your body fat down to at lest 15% as well and from the sounds of it, your not even close... you need to do all of these things for quite a while before you consider running steroids... they aren't there for people who haven't done shit and then think they can just start taking them and they will actually do something... im sorry if its not what you want to hear but its just the facts...

I am not new to the gym, I've been in and out of the gym throughout my life, I don’t live for the gym like most may here or I should say I’m not that into the bodybuilding world like most here are. I know roids are not just a shoot into the body and grow fast plan, I know there is a work to do to get results. I’m not trying to look like some of you in here, (however I would not mind). When I say I’m out of shape that’s to my standards, I just retired from the military so its not like I had a sit around type of job and not saying you or anyone here has that type of job, just not your normal type of job if you know what I'm saying (always on the go).


I’ve taken so many supplements over the years and found very few work to a point. I have never taken steroids and know a few that have, I know what they are capable of doing. What I want to do is get the information from someone in here on whats a good cycle to do and I only plan on 3 to 4 month of doing it, I need an edge. I’m also looking into the testosterone therapy, my brother in Las Vegas is doing some kind of testosterone therapy so I'm looking into that. I agree with you that I need to get back to the gym first and I plan on it but I dont think I need or want to prepare for months on end before it take it. More or less I would like some names of product(s) I could use, steroid type. What s working for some people my age and so on. Also want to know what people think of them supplements from the links of this websites rule page and now I cant seem to find it think they was advertizing some type of stack.


I have a lot of respect for what you all do, no matter how you retain it, it took a lot of determination and hard work that no one would ever know until they have tried it.

i would love to help you bro and i can set you up a nice cycle but the problem is that i know its not right for you at this point in time... if you are out of shape as bad as you describe and you haven't been training at all then you are not going to get shit out of running a cycle... you also are not understanding that the higher your body fat, not only are you risking hurting your blood pressure and cholesterol moreso, you are also at a much higher risk of estrogen conversion... your gains will not show properly being in the condition you are in either and they will be limited... you need to be smart about this... get yourself in proper shape first and then run a cycle... i can in good mind recommend you a cycle when i know your not ready... i care about everyone in here and making sure people are safe is one of the main reasons i spend so much time helping...

look into trt for now and get your training, diet and bf in check and then jump on something you will be glad you waited

you answered your own question bro...testosterone replacement therapy lol. And yes it will help build muscles because it will bring your test levels up to a healthy "normal" range so if you have low test beforehand it will definitly help with gains. As far as diet goes, google intermittent fasting, i've been doing this for a little while now and love it. Takes some getting used to as far as fasting but much easier to stick to than the traditional 5-6 meals a day imo. having to worry about what and when your eating all fucking day sucks. As far as supplements needtobuildmuscle.com is the place to go...i'd grab some powerchews bcaa's to snack on during your fast if you go with IF, great for killing any craving and also helps with recovery...powerchews also makes a good pre-workout as well, N2AMP AND N2KTS are also great products. protein is always good to have...wheytobuildmuscle is by far the best protein i have ever used...there is a lot of good healthy snacks there too, all good stuff bro check it out

my friend i am happy to help... god has blessed me with many chances from mistakes i have made and i try to give back as much as i can and this is part of it... i try to help as many people as i can and it is nice to have someone like yourself who understands what i am saying...

for what your wanting to do, you could try need2slin and need2stim... two great products that can help in your weight loss... now after you start training and getting back into things for some time, come back and i'll set you up on a sarms stack... get everything in order first and then i will get you all set up...
 
How do I go about measuring my body fat? How can I find out about how much I have with out going to the doctors and shelling out cash, I’m looking for a round about but close figure so I can goal set.

Also I'm thinking of buying this (HCGenerate) to start me off in the gym along with my other suplaments I have laying around collecting dust. Any thoughts on the HCGenerate?

Hello I’m back with a few questions.



So some information on me first, I am now out of the military as of the 28 of Aug, and have been trying to eat better and lose weight before I start taking Steroids / Testosterone as Dylangemelli had suggested.
I got a Testosterone test done on me and my number was 488.7 and don’t have any clue if this in normal as I have not had a doctor read it for me but im sure someone in here may be able to shed lite on it.
Another thing I had wanted to do was get Testosterone therapy from a DR as my brother is doing now and stats he feels a difference and supposedly gained muscle ( how not clue how he does not work out much if not any) the thing that worries me about what hes taken is the Doctor did not tell him he needed to lose fat like Dylangemelli told me and that’s sad coming from a doctor. So ill get to my questions.

1. My Testosterone level is at 488.7 does anyone know if this is low for a 40 year old man? Is it normal? And would I benefit from Testosterone Therapy?

2. is Testosterone Cypionate any good for building muscle? and or use as a Cycle?

Testosterone Cypionate is the injection my brother is doing at home prescribed by a doctor. Has anyone here used it ? And what results. What im thinking is when I go back to the Doctor I’m going to ask for it or what ever they give me, and if they let me take it home, I can self inject and maybe use little more then what the Doc says, after I get into shape.

I wouldn't recommend clean to anyone... its not worth it... he needed a natty stack first and then move toward a sarms and albuterol stack...

Hey Dylangemelli how are you, and when you say you would not recommend clean to anyone do you mean clean as in Doctor prescribed?

And my thoughts on going this route (the prescription Testosterone) would be a easy way for to get more energy and a faster boost that will get be to the sarms and albuterol stack you talk about and even illegal stuff that im willing to take the risk. I’m in Alaska so it maybe harder for me to get it. But like I said the Doctor prescription Testosterone would be a start. Then when I feel im ready I do what to try the stuff you all are on or stuff you talked about before to me.

Spend some time reading stickies and drug profiles. Google "cypionate profile" and read up so you don't waste anyone's time asking "is testosterone good for building muscle."

First thing have you been using hcgenerate? If so that could be why your test levels are up. If not and this is your natural level than a doc wont put your on hrt. Your test levels need to be below I believe 330 to be considered. So yours is average and wouldnt qualify you for treatment. If the hcgen raised your levels than when you stop taking it get more blood work to see where your at. For your knowledge test is all the same in your body. The only difference is the ester attached which changes its delivery time. Test cyp is just one of the different esters of test. If you cant get on hrt the I suggest using natural test boosters like hcgen and unleashed until you get a solid base built. Once you do this you can consider a sarms stack or maybe a test only cycle.

your not going to get a doctors script with your levels where they are at... one thing that seems to hold true is that a lot of doctors have no fucking clue what they are talking about when it comes to test and steroids...

why would i not recommend clen? its fucking dangerous... it causes shakes, it fucks with your heart, it has too many negative effects that do not supersede the positives...

I wanted feed back from someone that’s used it or has good knowledge of Prescription Testosterone and not just the one I listed.

I'll get to the point on why I’m asking about the prescription Testosterone, Basicly when I do get it, and my Testosterone is low enough for a Doctor to prescribe it, I want to know that If I do Abuse it, and I'm talking in a way of using more then the Doc prescribed, would I gain similar to a street roid in ways or in ways of some of the products some of you have listed?

And the fact that there knowledge of steroids is so far behind times. Its like the POT theory, they have been taught to say its bad for so long they look past the positives. That’s just my opinion and first hand accounts with Doctors, but that’s another issue. I have read up a lot on Testosterone treatments and roids and so on and have seen many many people with the same issues I’m having find re leaf from Testosterone and roids and supplements and so on. My be leaf anything used in moderation cant be bad its when you over do things is when you run into issues.

One thing is for sure is that I take in all information from everyone, and the one that stuck out for me so far, has been Dylangemlli ,and not saying no one else has influenced me, but he put me on the right track from the start. When I stated this post I was exception someone just to say yeah yeah just get this and that and go work out. Reading up more I needed to do more then just take shit. I do need and understand why I need to drop weight and get in shape for anything that I chose to take to work effectively, and the ones who don’t do this are the ones complaining that this and that don’t work and tell you not to bother with it. I’m just collecting information and knowledge from pros this yourself before I go all out and spend good cash. I should be ready in a 2 months before it ask again whats a good stack for me.

See the thing with me is I've been suffering for years with major fatigue, no energy, head aches, dizziness, diarrhea, feeling light headed to feeling like passing out. They say I’m depressed (that’s there last conclusion) and try and give me pills that weeks before I joked with the wife with on a commercial about the side effects that would cause you more issues then just staying depressed and may cause death. And trust me when I tell you that I’ve seen the doctors for years with the same issues and many many test have been done with nothing to explain it.


I fought thru it all and one things for sure, I’m going to choke the shit out of the Doctor If I find out that taking safe levels of Testosterone helps me out like others with my symptoms say it does. All because he has Testosterone Education Blockers on.

maybe this post could help others? Id like to continue with this website and this thred with updates, so maybe in turn this could help others.. if im not in the correct place and asking to much pls tell me.

And the fact that there knowledge of steroids is so far behind times. Its like the POT theory, they have been taught to say its bad for so long they look past the positives. That’s just my opinion and first hand accounts with Doctors, but that’s another issue. I have read up a lot on Testosterone treatments and roids and so on and have seen many many people with the same issues I’m having find re leaf from Testosterone and roids and supplements and so on. My be leaf anything used in moderation cant be bad its when you over do things is when you run into issues.

One thing is for sure is that I take in all information from everyone, and the one that stuck out for me so far, has been Dylangemlli ,and not saying no one else has influenced me, but he put me on the right track from the start. When I stated this post I was exception someone just to say yeah yeah just get this and that and go work out. Reading up more I needed to do more then just take shit. I do need and understand why I need to drop weight and get in shape for anything that I chose to take to work effectively, and the ones who don’t do this are the ones complaining that this and that don’t work and tell you not to bother with it. I’m just collecting information and knowledge from pros this yourself before I go all out and spend good cash. I should be ready in a 2 months before it ask again whats a good stack for me.

We have a lot of similarities, I was 37 when I started searching for help, I was just seperated from my x wife, 6-1, 245lbs and well over 30%BF. I started reading these websites not just this one but several of them. I asked alot of questions and I started learning what healthy eating was all about. Working out wasn't the problem I had lifted weights even up to 30+% bf. It took me a while, and a lot of cardio, but I got down to 192lbs and 8%BF. During this time I found HRT and realized I have low T. I started adding muscle and still looking good. Now I am in a much better place physically.
I feel the key is to eat right as much as posible and doing cardio often. As we get older its harder to stay fit.

How ever it was a compound cream a pharmacy made up not mass production type, the Dr gave me a choice tho and I went with his recommendation to see if this helps. The does is 125ml rubbed on my inner thigh once a day.

One question I have would be should I take an estrogen blocker? And If so any recommendations.
Also what other supplements would help
Another would be on nutrition and I've been all over the web but want to ask here as I see a lot of you know what your doing.
Does someone have a copy and paste diet they can share? I’m going to sams club and buying the big bag of frozen breast, brown rice and a few other things. I have the P 90X diet to go off of but I think for what I'm trying to do I need more.

So basicly let me say this: I have no fucking clue on this Testosterone and I don't want to mess this up, my DR proscribe it and from what others have said normally with my level no DR would, and he did and is willing to give me the inject able type if I don’t like this rub on type.

My Friend, there is no comparison of the test gel vs the testosterone Cypionate, the injectable is far superior, most folks who have tried the gels (including me)Broke out with a rash,maybe you'll be the exception to the rule..good luck.

Thanks for the response, can you tell me what is the difference in the two besides the obvious as far as application and side effects, more or less I want to know if it will do the same for muscle growth, I don’t really care about the others, I just want to know if it will work. Also the DR would have given me the Testosterone Cypionate to inject if I asked for it, I just took his advice as I was really surprised he was working with me given my Testosterone levels was what a lot of people say is already a good Testosterone level for me at my age. So in 3 months I will ask for the other type.


For now could anyone guide me thru this? Tips, things I need to be doing / taking and eating?


Like should I take an estrogen blocker?
And I seen something on taking DHEA? Was going to pick some up at GNC.


Also a while back when I first started this SARS came in to the picture, could I make this into some kind of stack? And I know this is not going to give me the same effect as the street roids and I’m not trying to look like Arnold, just get my old body back.

bro... you need to listen to radar and get the injectable cyp... there is no comparison... for your diet, go to the diet section and post for help there... as far as an estrogen blocker, that would depend on if you are gyno prone or not... if you are just cruising with test then you should not need one... as far as supplements to take, that would depend on what your goals are...

Thanks for response dylangemelli. At the end of this 3 months of rub on Testosterone I will ask the DR for the injectable cyp, only reason I did not get it is I did not want to make him think any thing suspicious. I already have an October appointment set. So my fault for not sticking with what I my self knew was better. So at best, this rub can be considered a starter kit/intro, and if it gives me a rash maybe he will change it. My goals are to lose more weight and gain muscle mass and definition, I want to have my 6 pax show again, and horse shoe tri and neck to look like I'm wearing pads, like I used to look. I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I respond well to things. I have loss weight and changed diet and now I have little boost with the testosterone, just need some fine tuning.

I thought I was clear with my intentions and reason for posting. My diet is consistent as for as I can take it, however different proportions and type of foods my need to change and as my workout goes the stable. Its been a year since I last posted and I took all advice into consideration and acted on them. I was hoping for more guidance as far as supplement I could buy to enhance the Testosterone I'm taking. My goal is too not to look like Mr. Olympia, it is how ever my goal to get my strength back along with size and definition. I am as ready to run a cycle as ever
 
you don't need testosterone.. your T levels are well within range for someone your age. hell there are 20 year old posting on here who have lower T levels

your problem is you let yourself go and need to fix your diet and training. you start up with HRT and gels etc. and you will be stuck on it for the rest of your life and you don't even need it. your T levels are totally fine

and your not gonna magically turn into mr olympia by taking some steroids. good lord you are naive for thinking that. from what you are saying you don't need hormones at all you just need some natty supps. phyto-serms or T stack RX are both natural (see my signature for the banners and discount code) thats all you need.. I can't believe your doctor put you on the gel without even suggesting a lifestyle change. (actually i'm not surprised since there is no money in it for him to do that).. did he even explain to you that once you stay on the gel for a while then you are gonna be stuck forever taking it? You have big misconceptions bro... "As far as you can take it" does not work... When you have goals you have to make sacrifices and the mental aspect is just as hard if not harder than the physical... I go pretty extreme but i sacrifice everyday for what i want... You may not want to be mr olympia but to use steroids you need a good foundation and discipline... You are nowhere near that and until you get that, you have no business running a cycle... You asked for my help and i take time out of my day to do that so dont get pissed just because you dont hear what you want... We are trying to help you...

And I am in fact under DR supervision, I go back in 3 months where I will get my inject-able cyp.

Now I may not eat like a you all as far as 5 times a day and know how to cycle products and so on, (I'm not on a quest to a body building contest) but the fact is I'm going to run with this Testosterone and if I can get no suggestions from here then Ill just buy what I may think I could use to help. I’m just new to the Testosterone side of this. My past I've taken every thing from impact nutrition (equabolin) and others stacks they offered, Max Muscle supplements, GNC type, and the list goes on.


I appreciate all the comments and advice from all that chimed in, I will discontinue to post here as this is going know where, maybe I'm in the wrong place for me, I will not stop until I get what I want, and what I want is guidance on what I could take to enhance what I got and some other things that go along with, I don’t need anyone worried about my Risk (however its a admirable trait). Please don't feel that way, Personally as long as you have a Dr supervising you continue as you wish, as far as enhancing what you're already taking , power chews before workout( i even add 1 goody powder to mine) and be sure to drink lots of water and get at least 1& 1/2 Gram of protein for every lb of bodyweight.

I'm back once again with an update, used the rub on Testosterone for a month with no increase in my Testosterone levels or any other elevations, so I asked for the Testosterone Cypionate the inject-able type, and today I picked up Testosterone Enanthate and I'm to inject one ML(cc) every two weeks. Is anyone here familiar with that type of Test and is it the same as Testosterone Cypionate? dropped 10 lbs since last post and hoping this new stuff will aid me better.

test cyp and test e are very similar... cyp has a slightly longer ester but they are pretty damn near the same...

I usually hear people get cyp for hrt, but for all intents and purposes enanthate is going to treat you the same as the cypionate.

What is the dosage of the testosterone you got? Mg/ml?

Thanks for the fast response. The bottle says 1,000mg/5mL (200mg/mL). And the intent for this is HRT, and I'm hopping it will aid me also with little muscle building along with other supplements.

Forcefactor, and NO2s is what im taking now, and once I start to see results with the test I want to try a few things I've seen on this site, with some guidance if possible.

If you really are low on natural testosterone, even hrt doses will be like a godsend for you. And it should definitely help in muscle building.

I was just asking about the dosage to see if it was higher than 200mg/ml (like cypionate generally is).

First shot done, I'm hoping I did it correct, think I got the muscle. if I shot this test into my ass fat will it still absorb?
