Another Dieting Approach

There are tons of methonds and tons of IDeas on here. But I got antoher idea I have for some of you. You dont have to worry too much about Carbs,Fats and proteins, You will lose a little muscle mostly fat.

Cardio 30-60mins as much as possiable
Lift weights 3 days per week, 2 bodyparts per day

Diet Bodyweight X 10, and 1 Cheat day every 2 weeks, you eat good majority of that day then around 4pm, Have a Tasty dinner you have been craving, and desert.

So if your 220 You have 2200 Cals per day. Some may say extreme, but I guarntee you will get lean, losing is harding then maintaining. Try to eat healthy but at the end of the day cals in vs cals out, and DOnt have 7 snicker bars a day to get your cals, girls and small men might need a slight modification, but this will work.
