another delt inj. question

ive been injecting in my glutes for awhile and thought i would try my delts for a change and give my ass a rest.

what is the name of that site that shows proper spot injections?

also..

im injecting 1cc of sust every 3 days.. do i break it up and hit .5cc in both delts at the same time or 1cc in one delt?

you could do either... all in one or seprate, i personally never ever do all in one, if it goes in on one side, the rest off it goes in on the other, i dont like one part of me hurting more that the other side, symmetry thing... dunno the site on injecting right, i mean its the same as injecting glutes hell its even easier, just clean area, stick, aspirate, inject....go go for the center of the delt, relax before you shoot it in, use like a 25g need for less pain... no more than an 1'in i like 5/8ths for delts, luck man

You can do .5cc in each delt, but 1cc in the delt isn't a problem.... The Flu shot is 1cc, and they give that out like candy.... Do the 1cc, afterwards you will think you were silly for worrying, it's not a big deal....

i've done 2cc's and now i'm doin 2.25 CC's in my delts no problem...

I hate needles ( i know im nuts) and my first injection is monday and im real nervous any advice

try to stay calm enough to stick it in the right place and aspirate and inject slowly. Worst mistake with injecting is to rush it and fuck urself.
