alright, tonight i hit a new PR on deadlift of 355... but i wasn't able to exactly "lock it out". i was able to bring it all the way up, but my shoulders were rounded forward and even though i struggled for a good few seconds to lock em back i wasn't able to. this highly upset me... and it's been happening to me more often at lower weights as well. anyone have any suggestions on how to improve my lockouts?
p.s. do u guys also see stars (literally!) when deadin?
