start with 20mcg a day and add one tab (20mcg) per day until you build up to about 100mcg - 150mcg daily. Taper up, then taper back down at the end.

You can also build up until the sides are too bad, then back down one tab from there, but the effective dosage for most is in the 100-150mcg a day range.

100mcg may be too high for some. 150 is WAY to high for me. At 100mcg+ is when I start to get cramping.

140mcg gives me massive headaches. I max out around 120 but still feel like shit sometimes.
Is it necessary to taper off like T3? I haven't heard that.

My wife is taking the pump now and she really only got headachs the first couple days, week so far and no cramping yet. Get yourself some caffine, and asprin for when you crash during the day. She has been taking it in the morning and working out at night. She just takes one full pump.

Are any of you exibiting these extreme sides taking Taurine with it? Take a couple grams of tauring a day (2-4) and it should help keep the cramping down.

I bought taurine from local vitamin store. It is dirt chaep. Don't waste money ordering on the net.
