another bad injection thread -first for me tho- need advice

yesterday after a heavy back day I injected 2.5 cc of T-e into my left glute.
Didn't massage the area that well afterwards -was in a hurry. Today, woke up with a sore ass and lower back. Figured it was from the back workout.

Now it proceeded to get worse and worse all day and my entire lower back is swollen. I got a black and blue bruise on the injection site. In all my years I've never had such swollen lumps and let alone bruising.

Took some Tylenol and got ice on it now. Any advice?
am I gonna die? j/k
but seriously, what the fuck to do?

this always works for me, get a towel pour some hot water and rub it on your glute and massage it,you can also get some heating pads ...

the only time i've ever been both bruised and swollen in when i hit a vein.
if this is the case, you'll be fine, however if conditions worsen, do the obvious.. hit up the dr.'s

Take a heating pad to work and sit on it all day. Works for me the few times I have had to resort to it.

i used to always massage the site after an injection - I then recently was told that this is a bad idea?

anyone else hear of this?

as a side note, when I was getting my HRT test shots from the doc, they would never massage the area after the injection.

I really do think it depends of where, what, and how much you inject. I have rubbed like a mad man, used a heating pad, and even sat in a hot bath.

Sometimes still will get that huge tennis ball lump. Test E 400mg/ml is killing me. npp is like cake, but when i have to inject 2.5cc of TestE and NPP, i always get a lump.

maybe i'm the only one that saw his lower back is sore? that's strange. sounds like it was your workout, but you know better than we do if it's due to the inject or just a good back workout. make sure it doesn't get red/swollen, hot etc..

Know the feeling,been doing 2cc of Test supension per day and every time I get a sore lump.

My injection in my glute on Monday has my lower back sore today. It happens sometimes bro.

6 Advil Gel caps ed worked wonders for me. If it doesn't get better in 5 days then get to the Doctor.
