I'm new here to this forum and looking for some advice.
I have been reading alot of the forums for the past week, and getting mixed feeling on what to do.
right know I'm 5' 10" 210lbs 27 years young
most of my weight is in my abdomenal area. My goals are to loose some weight but more important get me high school physique back.
I just started at a gym this morning so I have the tools I need to be successful.
what I'm am looking for is good sold advice on what I need to do. If there is a web site that anyone knows of or a paticular thread that could give me the proper advice that I need. I feel comfotable working out 4-5 days a week, the only time I have is in the morning.
I am looking for advice on proper diet (I know wrong forum)
whether or not to use suplments?
proper workout schedules.
