I started my first dose @ .5 ml/ which would be .5 mg in a tab. when do I feel or notice anything that would let me know if the dosage is enough? Do you start pissing more or what?
I have heard of people taking .25 or .5 or 1 mg. So what is the difference.
The sole purpose for me taking L-dex is that I have put on massive water weight (11pounds) in 3.5 weeks of Sust. I feel really bloated and no appetite.
