They are more than just vitamins, its a multivitamin, multimineral, training aid, digestive enzyme, and amino acids.

$18 for a 44 pak, you can't really beat it, of course the only downside is the size and number of pills, but anyone in our line of work shouldn't have a problem popping pills

I think on the can it says to take 30 minutes after your last meal before a workout. I eat at 3pm, take animal pak at 3:30 and leave for the gym at 4pm.

I saw a post on here a while back about Animal Paks. I just bought it and was planning on using 1 pak a day in the morning with my protein shake. I was wondering what everyone thought about the animal paks? Are they worth it?

Not bad for a vitamin pack.

Love them....won't go back to any other multi again. I take 1 pack a day, mid-day.
