Couldnt find it on there bro I searched for multivitamins and the only thing that came up was a Meal Replacement...
I've got a tonne of Holland & Barrett Timed Release Super One. I took Animal Pak for about 8 months and it didn't do anything noticable. Sometimes I take a Berocca straight after the workout, but they don't have a broad range of vits and minerals. Be careful with vitamins tho as they can be toxic if they are fat soluble and you go over the RDA. Your fine with high doses of vit C, all the B's and vit E.!
Ah a little too expensive for me... $27.50 thats prob £18 ...
I'd stick with a supermarkets own brand. There's nothing special about them, but if you look you can easily find one with the range of vits and minerals.
Vitamin tablets do not dissolve completely in the stomach, so much of it passes through you undigested. Every ingredient in DX7 benefits the bodybuilder whereas Animal pak has a lot of bullshit filler.
Just do a search for DX7 on the PF site bro. Also, EF carries them for less for EF members.
